" | | | | i checked in on friday evening at 7 pm and rang reception as there was no hot water in the room , 626, i eventually rang 5 times , and was promised action , nothing happened , i went to reception and asked to see the duty manager, he never appaered. i asked for another room, that had no hot water . no one wuold give me an explaination. i had to go out to diner at 8pm , my wife and i went without washing , althought we had travelled 150miles . i would also not stay again at the hotel as it is full of russian hookers . i saw a girl walk past reception with a large bottle of baby oil, saying she was visiting a client on the forth floor , your staff didnt seem bothered . she was russian . this hotel needs some managment , the only good staff are the door men , i would like a refund , regards mark humphries , the foothills gt witley , worcester
