Very comfortable well appointed room and breakfast was excellent. Only criticism, there were very few toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location, efficient friendly staff and restaurant and lounge is superb. Rooms on the small side and soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired.

"noise"
we love staying at westbury, unfortunately the last 2 times we have stayed the noise as kept us awake most of the night , we did ask for a room at the back but we where not accomodated and the people in the room next to ours where very noisy until early hours of the morning which did spoil our stay, we will however stay at the westbury as the hotel staff and the hotel is excellent. mr c. lewis

"Truly 5* Atmosphere, Service & Performance worth every penny!"
We have used this hotel twice in the last six months as a base for a stay in London whilst attending events. On both occasions we have been made to feel welcome by all staff from housekeeping to front of house, all requests are greeted with a smile and "certainly sir/madam" and no challenge is declined. The cocktail bar is a great place to start your evening and you would be hard pushed to find better food in London than in Artisan, Chef Jones is an extremely innovative and creative craftsmen capable of mesmeric dishes that totally satisfy in both taste and presentation. I doubt we will look for any other hotel to stay in for future visits to the capital.

"Noisy neighbours"
V.Good although the two guests in the next room returned at 03.00 and chatted until 04.00. I could hear every word of their conversation and have never stayed in a Hotel where the noise insulation is so poor. Eventually I rang down to reception who sorted the problem.

"You get what you pay for - top class accommodation with top class service."
From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly and approachable staff. The Polo Bar is a perfect place to start your evenings with more than an impressive cocktail list and an atmosphere that is warm and inviting. All the staff appear happy and genuinely pleased to be able to help. We will certainly return!

" Paid for a double room. We got two single beds. Not happy."
We were told by booking that we had qualified for a bottle of wine and toiletries.Never received them and when we enquired we were told it was not possible to receive them then but they would look after us on our next visit which I was not happy with.

The hotel was centrally located and great for seeing all the sights. Our room was very comfortable though the outlook was not great!!! The Polo Bar and Lounge offered delicious snacks etc Altogether a great hotel that we will be using again.

"5* prices with 3* feel"
Very disappointed with the standard double - no better than a 3* room. No coffee making facilities. The Hotel direct staff were very helpful in resolving our problems as we were initially given a twin room (albeit delux). Breakfast was included - £20 for `full Englsh` - 2 eggs and 2 rashers of bacon!!! We will be coming to London again but not to stay at this Hotel.

"long que for breakfast"
overall the hotel service is so so.. the restaurant was full for breakfast so i have to wait for 15 minutes for breakfast and they running out of food, because i am a moslem so I can`t eat bacon or black pudding, so i have to wait for the egg, mushroom or hashbrown, unfortunatelly i have to fight with the other customer to get the food, then within a minute the food was gone, I think they have to work more efficient, quicker, faster, they MUST clean the table as soon as the guest finish eating their breakfast, then provide more food for the guest, there is no point of paying continental breakfast if you can`t find any food at the buffet, this is my fourth visit to westbury (i like it because of the location) but it will be better if they improve their service quality
