"Very good hotel and service exceptional"

Not many guests due to Coronavirus - service exceptional and free breakfast thrown in. Great food at breakfast and Mo on reception was a star!

"Great location and good atmosphere, just not value for money. Was expecting more. "

I`ve stayed in better rooms for the money we paid. The room was really small...really for 1 person, not two. There is even only one bedside table. Also when checked in, the hotel wasn`t aware we were checked in and had to ring the room to ask who checked us in?! Also bath not grippy or had mats, and I fell bruising my arms and back. Tried to let the hotel know, but they weren`t interested. Poor service from that respect. Disappointed. Unless I knew what type of room I was staying in and what the standards in the bathroom was like I wouldn`t stay there again.

"Excellent service from start to finish"

First time stay here, highly recommend. Efficient, helpful staff, convenient location and well priced. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities. Back rooms nice and quiet away from London traffic. Will return.

"Great London Hotel"

The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. Makes a real difference when travelling to London. The reception team - Ruth, Daniel and Jubril treated my 6 year old daughters VIPs and they were very pleased with the sweet trolley!!! Thank you!The room we stayed in was comfortable for a family room.Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices.Location was excellent and very easy to find.
