"Nice hotel small items missing "
Nice stay comfortable room only let down is cold plates at breakfast and no marmalade for toast.Caters more for overseas customers

"Phenomenal "
We had never stayed in a hotel quite like the Mayfair. From walking in we were met with a warm welcome from the reception staff, a lovely gentleman named Alexandru assisted us. He was kind enough to upgrade our room when discovering it was my daughters 18th. The room we received was lovely and modern, plenty of room for two people to share. After returning later from our play we received complimentary chocolate strawberries and a dessert to wish my daughter happy birthday and a lovely card written from Alexandru himself. Overall our stay was outstanding and we will be returning in the near future. And will definitely recommend to everyone.
