"faultless"

The hotel was excellent as were staff. Ideal location for what we wanted. breakfast was good and bar and restaurant offered good choices would recommend.

Clean, friendly & perfect locationBreakfast staff although very friendly also very forgetful! We had to remind them 3 times on both mornings for our tea & coffee. We had finished our food by the time it came.

"Radisson Grafton Hotel"

This had been a nurses home previously and I lived there when I trained at nearby University College Hospital. The hotel and breakfast was lovely. The staff were helpful and polite.The window was open and I asked them to please shut it when we were out. They did but not fully . The glazing around some of the windows had come away and contributed to the draught and traffic noise as well. The heating did not work either so post theatre the room was cold.. A very nice touch was delicious cake and a card for my birthday.

disappointed that the lighting was dimmed in our part of restaurant at 9.30am they obviously wanted us to leave, food not very hot. had to ask for more milk 3 times before we got it, only a small jug of milk on table.

"Nothing too much trouble."

Overall a very good hotel really handy for the tube network,try to avoid rooms facing Tottenham Court Road as very noisy.

Couldn`t really find any faults with this hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent choice for breakfast. Really couldn`t want anything extra!

Convenient, easy to find from the station. Very comfortable bed, quiet spacious room with air con. The chocolate strawberries left for our return nailed it for a return visit. 128512;

"Great value for money"

Large comfortable room with small fridge, safe, iron, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Everything you would expect from a good hotel. Exceptional breakfast, which I hadn`t realised was included, and very handy for the tube.Couldn`t fault the service or the cleanliness. Super value for money.

A very good hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you, BUT when booking for a coeliac who has to have a gluten free diat,at breakfast we were only told what we could not have , not being offered any alternative for breakfast other than gluten free bread. Just like a lot of hotels and restaurants who cater for the masses and not the minority`s.
