"Out of the world"

This was our first trip to London as a married couple and it definitely won`t be our last we couldn`t have picked a better hotel to have stayed in from the minute we arrived we were treated amazingly each and every member of staff could not do enough to help with anything and everything. We also loved the personal touch of the staff remembering who we were every time we went into a bar, lounge, breakfast even though we were only there 2 nights. Also the extra touches of a special cake on the first night and even another from the breakfast staff as this was part of our honeymoon. "Suberb Staff"

I was disappointed with the outside of the hotel as soon as we arrived because, although in the advert it is a picture of the actual hotel, the building next door and in front are removed to give the impression of space. Our room was a double as requested but I`ve found most hotels I visit now a double is like a king size bed or larger but that`s my own fault. I`ve given the negatives first as I can`t express highly enough how lovely the staff were and the breakfast was excellent.

"FABULOUS HOTEL"

Oh wow just wondering from the minute we arrived till we left, fantastic fantastic fantastic Did find it a bit strange to have a full length mirror in the toilet!

Very central hotel with lots of things to see within walking distance or by tube, the hotel itself was very nice and the staff couldn`t do enough for us, would definitely use again

"Very welcoming Fantastic location."

Historic building right in middle le sitre square surrounded by resturants bars, show ticket booths shops, tube stations, just brilliant, staff breakfast, food perfect. Would definately recommend and return. Only thing should be on there information building a brand new hotel right nxt door so can be noisey if your rooms on that side.and obviously when bars ect close.

"Good centrally placed hotel"

Staff very attentive. Lovely breakfast & modern area on the ground floor. Room ok but very dark & dreary decor. Had all the amenities though & comfy beds & was very quiet overlooking the back. Not a good view . Very good area for seeing the sights

"Well deserving of it`s Five Star rating."

The Hotel was a joy to use. It`s fantastic location in Leicester Square and it`s proximity to the Theatre made our stay memorable. Our room was perfect and the breakfast was all we could have wished for.We would certainly consider staying there again.

"Looked nice, situation would have been perfect...would have liked to stay there!!!"

Be careful! `Hotel Direct Arrival Assurance` had "double-checked and re-confirmed"my booking @10:33am the hotel had no room for us @2:50pm but had booked us a room at a Radisson hotel 7 mins walk away (in the wrong direction) and one star lighter! Check-in staff were polite, but ill prepared for dealing with a (predictably) disgruntled guest. A substantial upgrade at the new hotel may have eased the blow, the offer of a complimentary drink in their bar didn`t! neither did a taxi from the new hotel to the show! Hotel Direct,after a 40 min call,although reassuring me that the hotel`s `overbooking` was `totally unacceptable` were unable to offer assistance or alternative to accepting the move, eventually a 10% refund was offered, `all we can do` After a lot of hassle, moving rooms,contact with several (very polite but ineffectual) staff from both hotels,a £40 refund to cover the difference in room rate between the hotels. I won`t be booking with Hotel Direct or Radisson again.

"Fantastic hotel"

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location central for everything. the staff at the hotel were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms are really good, very clean, housekeeping staff are very good.

"Amazing besides charge "

Never really been to hotels but when got here had to pay 10 percent charge which meant had no money to go out for drinks and food although you get money back should have been notified about this. It is stunning none the less and how they treat you is amazing best.
