"Perfect Stay"
We stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary and couldn`t be happier with the service we received. On arrival we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. We had come to London to see a show and the staff made our day very special- even down to delivering chocolate covered strawberries to our room along with a personalised card and vouchers for free drinks in the bar. Amazing service and the big est thank yous!

"Not as expected "
Hi,A few complaints about this hotel.Waited more than half hour for some t/bags to be brought to the room. Very frustrating 128545;Phoned 3 times and the service got it wrong all times!!! Lack of communication.In the room (202) bad positioning of the door stop in the bathroom as l trod on it and hurt my foot. Also wash basin tap was loose and swiveling.The good points was the breakfast. Very nice plenty to choose from and friendly helpful staff.Won`t be staying here again

"Nice comfortable accommodation "
Lovely hotel nice staff ref room was very pleasant except a lot of noise from the street outside did check window was shut but still noise could be heard. Also breakfast was not what I would have called a English (but we all probably have different opinions on that 128512;)

We booked this for our dads 70th Birthday we noted this in the comments when booking when they arrived to a hand written 70th Birthday card along with a few treats you totally made his birthday they loved the hotel and breakfast they also used the restaurant which they said was very good value and they said the staff and service was excellent thank you for making their stay extra special

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff very helpful and friendly The only let down was the breakfast it looked lovely but it came out cold but this did not spoil our stay as the hotel more than made up for it

"Hotel being refurbished!- looks like a building site "
We had booked this trip for our 1st wedding anniversary and turned up to a building site! We had no prior notice so no chance to make alternative arrangements. Not happy.
