"Grade 1 listed building with lots of character "
What a lovely place to stay. It`s full of character having once been an old warehouse, sympathetically converted to a hotel. Rooms are basic but adequate. There was only a shower in our room, no bath. There is tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing board but no safe. The hotel is situated right on the dock so if you request a dock view, you have a lovely view of the Liver buildingHighly recommended

Great room overlooking Albert dock within easy reach of Liverpool City centre.Great breakfast with lots of choice .Quiet location .Staff very efficient and welcoming .House keeping second to none.Would definitely come back again .

"Fabulous hotel"
Great location on the waterfront with views over the Mersey. The hotel , formally an old dockyard warehouse, I imagine, is beautifully converted retaining many original features. It was very comfortable, very clean and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast too! It only enhanced a very enjoyable stay in Liverpool. Thank you .
