"Very friendly& clean with helpful staff"
Easy access from the train station. Comfortable with very good breakfast. All staff were knowledgeable and helpfulI would like to highlight one member of staff in particular Micky who directed us to where we wanted to go and alsofound where we could get specific items that we were looking for. Nothing was too much bother will be back.

Ideal location for easy access to shopping centre and railway station.Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and ideal for our short term break.No hesitation in recommending hotel and will certainly stay again on our next visit to Newcastle.

"Friendly, clean hotel"
Great hotel, shame the lifts wasn`t working from ground floor! You had to walk up to 1st floor and catch the lift! Everyone checking in the same time as us were put on the 4th floor! Also saw people in wheel chairs! The lifts weren`t working for over a week!! In this day and age it should have been fixed ASAP. However saying that hotel was very clean, bright and the food was good- would stay there again.
