"Luxurious "
The hotel was so luxurious very clean top class not expense spared - the staff were friendly helpful and polite and the rooms were clean tidy and had everything we needed from toiletries, complementary tea and coffee, iron snd ironing board , hair dryer and a mini fridge , the beds were big clean and comfortable and there was a 24hr room service option available . We didn`t have the breakfast but I`m sure judging by the late night pizza we ordered that the food was going to be great !

"Excellent stay"
Was able to check in early as there was a room available. They also looked after our bags the next day which was so good as we were doing a lot of walking and seeing the show etc so we didn`t want our bags with us. Room was brilliant. Temp, comfort, shower all good. TV, good curtains, kettle, fridge. Breakfast was 10/10. Loved the flexibility of breakfast times and check out time of 12pm is great. Staff all very welcoming and helpful.

We had a 2 night stay, theatre tickets & rail. It was good value for money. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing and travelling around. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options but poor option for gluten free. No pastries only cornflakes, museli and toast apart from usual fruit etc. I was disappointed that as I`d booked this for my daughters 21st birthday I`d emailed to see if they could arrange for a cake or chocolates could be sent to the room. This didn`t happen until the last evening thanks to Maggie. She went above and beyond to be helpful with our food before the theatre making sure it was gluten free and was quickly served, she also made sure the cake/ chocolates were sent to the room that evening when we arrived back from the theatre. They said we had a room upgrade but looking at photos it wasn`t although we did have some wine. Overall it was good thanks to Maggie making the effort. Thank you.

The hotel staff are very helpful and make your stay very relaxed. The hotel is on the same street as the theatre which meant we weren`t rushing about on tubes. The room was lovely and I would stay again.

Extra single laid out, not required, not booked. Gave us limited space in the room. Poor hotel for outside noise, windows not suitably insulated for the traffic noise.

This hotel is excellant place to stay , I emailed the hotel to tell them the reason for coming was my wife`s birthday, when we got there they put a tray of assorted chocolates in the room . Rooms are a very high standard , the breakfast was fantastic, so much choice , staff are very friendly and can`t do too much for you , will certainly stop here again

"Mini bar in room took two visits to reception before it opened"
House keeping banging on room this morning at 7.45am wanting to know if we were leaving today & at what time we would be checking out. Registered my debit on arrival only to have the bar call us after signing a bill on the room to say we hadn`t registered a card. We have stayed a few times at this hotel but standards have gone down, I will think twice before booking again

The hotel was very good but for the price for the accommodation you really should not have to pay extra for your breakfast during your stay. Very clean in all areas and very pleasant, polite and helpful staff

"Excellent hotel"
On our arrival we were checked in quickly, and very curtiously,Our room was as we expected, very clean and to a high standard,The only down point to our visit , was how slow the hotel bar staff were, we visitited the bar at approximately 10:30, there was maybe half a dozen patrons, drinks took at least 15 minuets, and even then part of our order was missing,I`m sure if we had been served quicker we would of purchased more drinks than we did, it`s a shame that this small gripe has let down an impressive hotel.

After being told by the hotel receptionist that we had not paid ( even after showing the receipt ) and then eventually sorting that we were then given a room that had not been cleaned !! This was sorted by another receptionist who gave us a free bottle of wine as way of an apology. Hotel was gorgeous our problems aside, and in the perfect location for the show . Would go again - but see a different receptionist.

This was a treat for our daughters 18th Birthday she was in awe of the lovely hotel we booked for her & a friend. We phoned the hotel & they said they would put a cake in the room, so that was disappointing as they did not do as stated they would. Overall the girls were happy.

Nice location and friendly staff. We booked two rooms. We checked in early and they let us have one room since it was ready, but had to wait 2hrs after check in time for the second room. We were given drinks vouchers to compensate the delay.Noisy flush from the room above was a bit disturbing.
