"Great Hotel"
We had a problem with the room on first night of staythrough no fault of the hotel.The Manager rectified it by upgrading the room to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone of the staff we met was exceptionally pleasant. Great restaurant and staff in the hotel and again lovely welcoming staff. Well done to all.

Over priced for what it was.Breakfast was less than satisfactory despite having paid nearly £60 for 3 people on top of the room.booking.I`ve had better breakfast at a Travelodge and Premier in at a fraction of the price.The room was OK.I wouldn`t stay there again based on the breakfast alone

A very comfortable hotel, although £18 per head for breakfast is too much, even in London. Wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of all the facilities.

Room was comfortable but on the small size. Hotel must have been running at capacity as you had to queue for everything. Breakfast at £18/head was too expensive. And we had to queue for 15 mins and then there weren`t enough plates and bowls etc. Staff were great but overwhelmed.

Stunning hotel inside. Very kind staff.Love the safety of the hotel as can only use room key to get in the lifts to rooms.Very comfy bed and clean, spacious rooms.Love the view of London. Shower was amazing and good number of towels and toiletries given.Especially loving the electric blind and the fact you can control the lights, air con etc would definitely stay again

"Poor experience "
On arrival at the hotel, the receptionist Alicia was polite & professional. However, the room was really cold & air con not working: maintenance men were called to change the filter but still not working so had to change rooms. That room was also cold so alternative heater was requested. We ordered room service & food was cold - we also had breakfast- although there were a variety of options the English breakfast was cold and not worth the money that I paid. On a positive note the hotel team were really helpful, including the maintenance men. I was disappointed by the experience as I had booked it as a surprise for my long term friend who was visiting me from America.

Hotel was very clean with a great Gym and pool. Staff were fantastic. The only struggle I saw was the morning breakfast. They were well aware of peak times but did not seem to be able to accommodate this efficiently.

Had a few issues with the park plaza Waterloo shower drenched was not working,and the secondary shower head would not adjust at all so in all not a very good shower experience,we have stayed at park plaza westminister bridge,and also county hall never had any issues.disappointing. Also the electric blind would only come halfway down so bedroom was very light due to external lighting and the curtains are just voils so did not help to shut out any light not a good nights sleep.

Modern, stylish, very clean, comfy beds, great facilities, little extras to make u feel welcome, warm, had a swim in the lovely spa pool, breakfast really nice. Right next to tube, short walk to London Eye, Westminster Bridge. Would definitely stay again. Could be harder for older guests as everything electronic, need to use QR codes and such, no bath only a shower but nice and hot and lots of fluffy white towels and elemis toiletries provided.

We had no room housekeeping during our 3 night stay. We were put in a pokey back room. Rubbish buit up and soggy towels adorned the bathroom. Very dirty bathroom floor when we arrived. No top ups for our hospitaity tray. Despite looking there was no sign of any staff doing housekeeping on our floor. Breakfast was not good. The cooked part was very limited with not much on offer. We have stayed in this hotel 4 times but never again.

No heating in our room. Enginier came up to try and resolve this but couldnt. said he would try from main computer panel, still no good. Said he would return to our room while we was out. still no heating when we came back. freezing in the morning, especially when getting out of shower. Nobody rang to discuss the problem or offer to move room. My other 2 friends on another floor also had no heating or phone. Couldnt ring room service either as phones unavailable. Wont be stopping here again. Not 4 stars.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any requests we had. The décor and ambiance was very modern and clean. Our room was lovely with everything we needed for an overnight or even longer stay and the bathroom toiletries were top notch. Food on offer was good the only negative comment was the plates at breakfast were cold so as soon as you put hot food it went cold. However I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was lovely and great position for sight seeing. The room was clean and spacious had everything we needed. Only issue was the tv didn`t work. View was other hotel rooms which isn`t ideal but we only used the room to sleep in so didn`t really bother us. Pool looks amazing but be warned it is freezing and it was dirty which was a huge let down. There was sand on the bottom and the water was murky. Such a shame as it was the main thing we were looking forward to after a day out in London. Food was lovely. Everything is accessible on your phone which is great - no lost keys!

Hotel ....constant ticking in the room, no door for the shower/toilet. No privacy was a drain. Pool water was gross. Service was good though.

The bed settee in the room was not fit for purpose. Springs were sticking out and my grand daughter cut her leg on side. This was disappointing as the rest of the hotel was lovely and the staff so helpful
