"Not great"
Nice clean hotel...unable to activate room keys until 11pm....had to keep asking staff to let us in our room...noisy ..03.45 other guests shouting I the corridor as they couldn`t get their room...housekeeping entered our room at 8am whilst we were still in bed...breakfast was cold...no cups no eggs no bread and no oj.. evening bar staff were not busy but it took 15mins to get a drink...has the potential to be good but staff need a kick up the bottom .. customer service leaves a lot to be desired .

"It`s a best of best hotel experience!!!"
I been many time holiday and stayed in many hotels . My all experience till today this is the my first hotel that I got my all satisfaction as they got smart tv with sky connection so you can watch anything plus I get my language channels also so I wasn`t get bored there , rooms and reception area every where very nice clean and cosy to stay there and yes they offer unlimited breakfast cooked and continental, I can tell this is great hotel to stay I recommend all to go there even I can say when I go London again I will book room there to stay . Staff all are friendly too .

"LIKED IT BUT COULD HAVE LOVED IT"
I am just back from a stay on friday and saturday night for the fa cup final and relly enjoyed my stay.I think for future reference the hotel should look at how they event manage.The could have made a lot of extra profit and encouraged guests with additional services.A minibus to and from the game to a cetral pick up point would have been ideal.There was not enough staff to cope with a busy day and again from what i seen they lost a lot of extra income from the bar and restaurant on saturday.I enjoyed my stay and would use the hotel again.

"excellent rooms let down by poor service/food in restaurant"
The hotel is great but would book room only if i stayed again. The evening meal was very poor in the restaurant, the staff seemed disorganised and the food took an age to come and wasn`t that impressive when it arrived. The breakfast was better with plenty of choice but the hot options were certainly not hot, especially the eggs. This is a shame as the hotel looks great its clean rooms are excellent and the location is great

"Was ok!"
Hotel itself was lovely. Our room however wasn`t cleaned properly when we first entered. However this was quickly rectified when mentioned and dealt with in a timely manner. We was also given complementary wine as an apology. Handled the matter exceedingly well, just a shame is t wasn`t right in the first place.

"Great Stay"
Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and found this to be an exceptionally good place to stay. The room was really lovely. The restaurant and breakfast fayre was very good. The hotel has ample parking and the staff very helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located next to Park Royal tube station. I will definitely be returning to this delightful hotel
