"Pleasant staff"
The staff were excellent and very polite. The rooms are basic but good value for London. Breakfast was plentiful.

If you need a bed for the night and you can get a cheap rate, it would be just worth considering. Only after the stay have seen the poor reviews. Recommend that you do NOT eat in the bar, very slow service and poor quality food and cooking and expensive for what is served.

Check in was supposed to be from 1400hrs but at hotel reception we were advised that that was incorrect and it was 1500hrs--- check in was very,very longwinded when we finally did check in --- took 30inutes of queueing and being dealt with.Very bad experience at breakfast on Wednesday morning--- a guest was walking around the breakfast buffet area coughing and spluttering constantly without face mask or attempting to cover his mouth-- it was extremely bad and almost ended in a fracas with another hotel guest.There was one additional issue--- it wasn`t made clear to us that our room was not going to be serviced during our stay--- a bit disappointing when we returned to our room after a tiring day to discover that the room hadn`t been made up

Hotel quite basic and room a bit tired. Plenty of sockets but panel above desk very wobbly when installing and removing plugs. Good location and staff very efficient. However, quite good value for money.
