"Excelent position"
This hotel is situated in a superb position for visiting London. Literally over the road from Euston station and only a 20 minute walk to most places of interest. (Museum, theatres etc..) Rooms were clean if a little on the small side. (I would suggest that the room we had on the 6th floor is used for overnight guests only as there was no storage space for clothes).

"Very friendly staff"
Standard rooms very small, with no room for luggage, so if there are two of you staying for more than one night it`s a bit of a squeeze. Hanging space very limited. They did upgrade us though, FOC, to a bigger room with bath, at the back, so was less noisy too. All in all, a good hotel, in walking distance to the west end, if you don`t mind a bit of a walk.

"Great Hotel"
From the moment we arrived we received a very warm welcome from reception staff and from all staff throughout our stay. Our was very clean and tidy and the bathroom was a fabulous walk in wet room. No complaints.

We asked to leave our cases in the morning before checking in as we were attending the matinee performance. from this early encounter to us checking out the staff were extremely helpful. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the hotel resturant in the evening. Will definately stay there again.

"Would not stay here again!"
Dreadful room, on back, looking out onto vents, shafts, A/C units. Terrible nights sleep due to outside noise from A/C units. Not forewarned about this! Restaurant staff cleaning, mopping and moving tables and chairs around us at breakfast! Complained and asked for email acknowledgement. It never arrived! Somehow we weren`t surprised...

"overall - good hotel for our purposes"
Hotel is conveniently located close to Euston station. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had room onlyRoom was a bit small but since we only used it to freshen up and sleep, it was not an issue - bathroom / wetroom was very spacious and facilities within good. Bed was very comfortable, requested an iron and ironing board and was delivered to room within 5 minutes.Free morning newspaper also provided. Was able to leave luggage prior to check in and post check outa little pricey but for a saturday night, comparable to similar hotels

"Lovely Hotel"
Stayed one night with husband and mother-in-law when we went to see Blithe Spirit on 7 June. The hotel was lovely and perfectly situated near Euston Station. Rooms were not large but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast next morning was excellent.

Bit disappointed with the room- very small and poky inside and we didn`t have any sort of view outside. Seemed expensive for what it was. On the whole though the hotel was lovely; clean, tidy and the inclusive breakfast was good too.

"Very good - apart from the smell"
This is a small but very comfortable hotel with a good restaurant and cozy bar. The rooms are a bit on the small side with little drawer space, but for a couple of nights,more than adequate and it is well placed for access to the centre of London. One complaint. We had room 110 which smelled damp and musty, something to do with the shower leaking into the carpet.

Good position for us from Euston and to get into centre of London. Rooms basic and very small no space for clothes other than tiny wardrobe, no details of tv channels available in room. Breakfast adequate tried English at extra cost but only once as poor for price should be included in price of booking. Had much better breakfasts at multi chain hotels and independents. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in here and abroad I would only rate the rooms and breakfast on a 3 star basis at best possibly only 2, thinking of coming to London again with family in next couple of months but will probably look around for other accommodation.

"A comfortable place to stay"
We found the room on 4th floor spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were easy to talk to and very helpful, especially the breakfast waitress. Would recommend this hotel, walking distance to centre and underground and close access to Kings Cross railway station.
