Hotel clean and tidy air con not working in our room but staff were accommodating with a fan and moved our room the next day and gave us free breakfast as gesture of goodwill

"Great location & breakfast, very clean"
The hotel room was very clean & beds were very comfortable. Our room was in the basement & lacked windows, but given the short amount of time we spent in the room it didn`t matter. However we did hear the tube trains which was slightly annoying until you got used to it. The breakfast was much nicer and offered greater variety than some continental breakfasts I`ve had before. Overall, for the location of the hotel, breakfast & value for money I would stay again for a short break but would probably need a window & quieter room for a longer break.

The staff are very friendly.The room was okay but bright green lights was not good,the drain in the bathroom stunk,No towels & bin empty`s.Also the noise from the tubes didn`t help getting to sleep.

"Beautiful room, clean and spacious room. We had a very comfortable night`s sleep. "
We were given a good welcome on arrival, staff friendly and helpful.We came to London for Proms in the park and booked a train/ hotel package online. We hadn`t heard of the hotel before and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very near Edgware Road tube so very convenient too. Would recommend this hotel to others coming to London.

"Checking In"
When we arrived at the Hotel at 945pm (we had emailed to let them know our arrival time) we were unable to have the twin room that we had requested as they said it wasn`t ready. He then came back and asked if we minded having a double room. As it was late we agreed to this. What I don`t understand is why when checking out is 11am in the morning why at 10pm at night the room isn`t ready. We were also asked to pay which struck me as a bit strange considering we had paid when booking through yourselves. Thankfully I had the paperwork with me. Apart from this they were very polite. The restaurant next door where you are able to get 15% discount on your breakfast with your room key was very disorganised. It took ages to get a menu and then a very long time before your breakfast arrived we didn`t eat together as our meals arrived separately. There are a lot of other cafes in the area that are cheaper and nicer to be honest.

"Convenient, clean and comfortable"
Hotel is just 5 minute walk from Paddington Train and Tube stations. Small rooms but clean, comfortable and perfect just to get your head down for the night. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room but able to purchase from reception so not a problem.

Clean hotel room, comfy bed, very friendly staff, great locatiom with easy access to central london attractions. Can`t ask for more for the very good price we paid in London.

Hotel is basic but very clean and modern with comfy beds. Ideallly located for Paddington Station and Underground. Staff were friendly, would definitely stay again.
