Was told on arrival breakfast was included but when we turned up next morning was told it was not! Luggage Room £3?? It`s free in most other hotels - disappointing

Very disappointed there was not a kettle in the room, we woke up early & didn`t feel like walking to reception in our pj`s early in the morning, other than that room very clean

Spent two nights here and have been very impressed. Staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Room although basic and no window/kettle, served it`s purpose and was very clean and comfortable. Coffee 9749; in the hotel was lovely as well as the buffet breakfast.
