"Noisy!"

Slamming of doors by staff members all night (evidence gathered) cleaning staff stood outside room at 7.15am chatting loudly, giggling with no consideration to hotel users. Check in at 3pm but 2nd room not ready until 4pm.

"Good service"

Would have preferred a room with a window but booked a deal with train and hotel together.Staff lovely, service good. Plenty of toiletries.

" Check in quick"

Room small but very modern Beautiful shower room, white fluffy towels,Spotless would definitely stay there again. Just 10 minutes walk from King`s Cross and st pancras

Inviting clean hotel quick self check in service.I booked 3 rooms all clean and enough room.All air conditioned and modern construction needed.I want to say a big shout out kushwalla hope spelt your name right lovely member of staff polite and attending lovely person to speak with she helped me whatever I asked x

"Point A Hotel"

Friendly, helpful , accommodating staff, clean, well presented hotel, lovely breakfast and comfortable bed, conveniently situated for the show we saw, 42nd StreetWould have given 5 stars, had the hotel had bigger lifts and shower rooms and beds which rolled even though the breaks were on, but on a good note, would definitely stay there again..

Room was so small and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we`ve slept in. Had no sleep. Walls paper thin so you can hear everything. Wouldn`t stay here again.

"Hotel not so great"

On arrival we were given a windowless room which wasn`t apparent when booking & when asked about being moved to a room with a window, we were told we`d need to pay extra. We had booked knowing breakfast wasn`t included but were advised that there would be a breakfast buffet available separately which there wasn`t. Something to do with a refit where no breakfast was available for the whole month. Good customer service would`ve been to offer a room upgrade because of the lack of breakfast in my opinion. So we didn`t pay the extra for a room with a window & stayed in the basement. We stayed 2 nights & each morning we were woken not by our own alarms but by the noise in the hallway. There were no tea & coffee facilities in the room. The safe appeared to be broken as was the tv remote. The only saving grace was that it was clean. In summary, did not feel that this package was value for money

"Small windowless room"

The room was clean but also very small, with little hanging space and no tea/coffee making facilities, and with no window you were totally unaware of what the weather outside was!! Manageable for a couple of days, but not any longer. The staff were all very friendly.

"Kings Cross in 5"

Excellent location to Trains and underground to All attractions by underground Hotel room pretty small glad we paid the extra with window has Aircon as well didn`t use breakfast although seemed okay and reasonable at £9 per head room towels changed daily and clean and fresh on arrival 128518;128077;

"Good location"

Excellent location. As already mentioned rooms small but adequate for travellers to London. Beds comfortable. We were at side of hotel but noise not troublesome where we were. Air conditioning was essential as London so hot! Continental breakfast well worth the charge if £9 each.

"Quirky Hotel"

Hotel is very clean, compact but quirky.No window but that didn`t spoil our stay.Good location for Eurostar and Kings Cross.No kettle for a cuppa though

"Surprisingly good"

Chose the hotel for convenience and price and it was much better than anticipated. First room allocated was very small and there was a strange shelf/ storage arrangement which it was impossible to get past without climbing over the bed. We asked to change and the room was similar layout but somewhat bigger. Rooms were basic but spotlessly clean. Breakfast (purchased direct) was excellent and good value for money. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It was an added bonus to be able to leave our luggage until we were ready to go home, which saved having to purchase storage at the station.

"Perfect Location"

Point A hotel is perfectly located. Really close to Kings Cross/St Pancras and other transport links. Incredibly convenient.The hotel was superb. Very modern. Great dining/breakfast and reception area. Check- in was quick and easy. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful- very efficient. The room (08) basement- no window was surprisingly light and spacious. Twin beds. Again, modern and really clean. Fresh towels daily. Perfect for our 2 day mini city break. Check-out was hassle free and we used their holding room for our cases so we could enjoy the remainder of the day until our journey home. I would absolutely not hesitate to book with Point A again. Really enjoyed our stay.

"No windows"

The hotel was clean and tidy but our room was too small, the bathroom was so small we couldn`t sit straight on the toilet! We were in basement floor so had no windows, it was quite claustrophobic

Put in the basement, no window, suffer from claustrophobia so not acceptable.. very disappointed, didn`t sleep, they wouldn`t change our room! Would not stay there again.

Would never stay at point a hotel again no window in the room no room to walk round the bed very basic would not recommend there hotel you had to ask for a clean towel

"Noisy "

While we expected basic the basement room was not great. The facilities were as we expected and I have no complaints for the price. However, all night there were noises. Not sure if it was aircon or hot water system being near. I would not return.

"very good but the basement wasn`t for me"

Firstly it was part of a cheaper deal but not super cheap. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. The room was in the basement with obviously no windows which I`d never do again (I wasn`t aware that was my choice but has made me realise I definitely don`t want basement again) i felt claustrophobic in a small space also. So as far as hotel facility it was good. The room just was very small. Showers amazing too.

Average room but we booked basic as we new we would only be sleeping in room as we were busy all days and nights. Room was clean and tidy on arrival and had fresh towels waiting for us. Only problem there was no hand towels only bath towels

"Small but great location"

Very handy for Kings Cross. Tiny pod room but quirky. Clean and tidy. The hotel does breakfast but we preferred to go out. Lots of local amenities and walkable into city centre.

"Basic hotel"

Hotel was very basic, no kettle or iron in the room but thats because its a basic hotel, it was modern, Staff was amazing very polite and on hand 24 hrs, was spotless. The only bad thing I`d say was the rooms were very small maybe 10ft by 10ft at the very most and had no windows, if your wanting to watch telly here it also isn`t a 40" like stated on the hotel website. Didn`t bother us as we was out until bedtime and out first thing in the morning. I would stay here again just not for a long period of time short break its perfect for.

Don`t expect a good night`s sleep. You can literally hear the room next door pee. We only stayed one night and were woken up at 4am, 5am, 6am... you get the idea.

great location for Kings Cross station. Staff polite and very helpful. Room clean. A few minor problems, one of lifts didnt seem to want to go to 7th floor. Curtain rail hanging off in room ( not reported as no- one in reception when we left)

Hotel clean and bed comfy booking show and hotel was a very cost efficient way of doing it.
