"Good location for SSE Wembley Arena but needs attention!"

Stayed one night only. Lift tatty and noisy. Building work going on immediately outside window - no privacy! Room was missing kettle; large electric heater didn`t work which would probably be needed in winter as only a small radiator in room; sink plug broken; no info in room on wi-fi; fire alarm went off whilst getting ready to go out - I rang reception whilst my partner was getting out shower and was told "ignore it - it`s a false alarm" - no apology! Breakfast was disappointing - paid extra for full English but food was dry and tasteless & bacon like leather. Overall, disappointing even though we only paid £99!

"Enjoyable stay,"

Lovely size room, clean + comfortable, short walk from the station + arena, friendly staff, would stay again next time I see a concert at the arena.

"Unsettled evening."

Continous noise throughout the evening very much like a generator, however having travelled from Southampton and needed a restful evening this was very annoying. Albeit the staff on reception were nice the hotel could actually do with a new look. Cosmetically, cigarette stubbs left on the stairs, paint peeling away.

"Star rating a little ambitious"

Hotel was ok but run down somewhat. Lots of demolition and building work very close by so not the quietest place to stay at the moment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to tube for city and Wembley park.

"Wonderful stay"

Felt really welcome coming to this hotel. And if we are ever down London again we will be staying here again. Very pleasant stay

Hi there, we were given a smokers room even though non smokers and it did smell which was unpleasant, also was charged twice for the room, and was delayed in receiving our refund. Also, i wouldn`t eat in the restaurant again. Food was very plain and for the price i could have gone to a street cart and gotten the same food, nicer, for better value.HOWEVER. the room was clean and comfortable, so no complaints there. Would stay there again, would just specifically request a non smokers room and not eat there. x

Room and hotel was fine. Was useful having petrol station, McDonalds, Lidl, Tesco Express nearby. Few minutes walk to Wembley park tube station. Website says tube is 15 mins from central London but it`s 25 mins to Westminster.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel the Staff were very freindly and very helpful as I need to get a bus early in the morning and they were more than happy to help me. I will stay again.

"It is a really quality hotel "

With the price of 3 star hotel the room size is good the staffs are friendly Average we were really happy with everything . But If there is small fridge in the room Would be perfact.
