"Central Delight"

We couldn`t have asked for a better location for our needs. The room was fantastic had a great view over Leicester Square and the housekeeping excellent. We had breakfast included in our break and that set you up for the day. Lovely attentive friendly staff and food really good, but view was amazing over London whilst eating. Would gladly return and recommend it to anyone.

"Location Location Location"

The staff were very good and very helpful. Very clean with fresh towels every day. Breakfast on the top floor, well, the view was excellent. A couple of room maintenance problems but that could have been our room. Our view over Leicester Square was perfect. The location meant easy walking to all the pubs, restaurants and theatres.

"Hotel Indigo - excellent Location "

Excellent location , right in the centre of Leicester Square in the West End, Hotel offers Good Service, reception staff were very helpful with all our needs, we were able to leave our luggage until our room was available, nice large room with plenty of space, very clean, good facilities.

"Great Location, helpful staff but better lift service needed. "

Room clean and comfortable but stains on sofas and tap in bathroom sink very impractical- difficult to wash hands and unable to fill kettle.

"Room 214 very disappointed "

The staff were excellent. The room was very cold and did not warm up even when I turned the thermostat up to 30degrees. The disabled bathroom had no heating and was freezing, who designs a bathroom without heating. No heated towel rail so towels were not dry in the morning but I asked for fresh towels the next day and they were provided. Also there was no shelves in the bathroom so had to leave your toilet bag on the floor which was not very convenient in a disabled bathroom room to have to keep bending down.down. I will ask in future if the bathroom has heating.

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff friendly. The room was small but had everything needed for a lovely stay. The only issue we had was the fire alarm went off at about 2am but then stopped.

Amazing hidden gem of a rooftop restaurant/bar!! The room is small but of a good standard. The bed Is beautiful, air conditioning very efficient, shower great and has a nice Art Deco character. Staff nice. Best of all is the location. We would love to come back. 10084;65039;

Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming (reception and dining room). Left luggage on checkout day - all very smooth and easy?.Highly recommend?.

"Fabulous hotel in every way."

From the Reception staff to the restaurant staff everything was and everyone was 100% I have really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend as it is in the centre of Leicester Square but the rooms were so quiet I didn`t hear anyone at any point in my 3 day stay.....Thank you Hotel Indigo...I will be back.

Our room was not available at 3pm but they quickly found an alternative. The room was good and breakfast excellent with super views across the city.

"Rooms are great, facilities not so good"

Our room was great but unfortunately the hotel doesn`t have its own bar / restaurant. Instead the facilities are run by a third party and on our first night we could not get dinner or even a drink as the facilities had been hired for a private function. We noticed this was the same on the day we were leaving. Think this should be clearly stated as we would not have booked the hotel if we had known this. Never stayed in a 4 star hotel before with such limited facilities.

"Great stay in london"

I booked for one night stay for our wedding anniversary. We wanted a special evening at the theatre and thanks to the Indigo staff we weren`t disappointed. Thank you for the room upgrade with fantastic views of the London skyline.

"bad room description "

after checking into the hotel room room no 302 we discovered that the request for a Queen size bed which we have one at home, was not the same size, on calling down to reception on the room phone once i could get this to work as the wires were hanging out the receiver I was told by the receptionist that this was a British size queen bed. and this was thier standard queen room, it was a take it or leave it situation with no offer of another room or bed size, this put a low point to our trip into london which we had been looking forward to and would not be returning to the hotel in future

"Great location, fabulous view."

Enjoyed. Only one of two lifts working. Room a little cramped but functional. Rooftop bar fantastic, but didn`t sale non alcoholic beer. Breakfast was nice, the addition of an English breakfast tea would have been perfect.

"Great location."

We were met as our taxi pulled up .We got into our room a little early which was good. We had a great view over Leicester Square. Super comfy bed with lovely cotton sheets etc. Nice tea tray and bottled water and a little fridge but nothing in it.I like the art deco feel of the hotel, but as others have said why is the glass see through into the bathroom? The rooftop lounge is lovely and we enjoyed breakfast there. We asked for a taxi from the hotel to Kings Cross but they couldn`t arrange that unless we were going to the airport .I have never known a hotel not to book you a taxi.

"Central for everything "

This hotel is situated in the centre of Leicester Square, we we`re able to walk to most of the areas we wanted to visit. China town is around the corner. The hotel it self is clean,house service daily, beautiful white fluffy towel daily. Every one was more than helpful and were able to answer any questions we put to them. The rooms are small but that`s not a problem, the only downside was the toilet/ wet room is glass I do feel a blind would make it a it more private. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone Looking for a great hotel.

"A hidden away gem of a hotel"

We booked the hotel purely because it was the nearest to the Palace theatre. However, we would use again and strongly recommend. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room overlooking Leicester Square was brilliant as was the roof top restaurant. Also a short stroll from the underground station. Excellent hotel all round and keep up the great work.
