What a great hotel! The hotel was in a great location, just minutes from the Docks. the rooms were lovely, the breakfast was great and every single member of staff were outstanding! Wouldn`t hesitate to stay again128522;

"Lovely Hotel and Staff"
The hotel was nice and clean and staff were polite and helpful. But our 2 day stay was spoilt by ongoing building work. Scaffolding covered the whole hotel and therefore you couldnt use or see through windows. They were all covered and locked. Making the hotel room very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. There was no acknowledgement of the issue from staff and we werent notified when booking. Our stay would have been excellent if it were not for these issues.
