"Everything perfect"

Real old-fashioned perfect hospitality. Friendly, helpful staff but never "in your face"! Afternoon tea an experience with round sandwiches and cream scones straight from the oven. So good I hesitate to recommend it because it might get too popular!

This hotel is really first rate, all the staff have a fantastic way about them making your staff very enjoyable, they are there to please and do that in a very relaxed manner.

"Very friendly staff, attentive and a delight!"

The hotel is unique..unfortunately I had to change my room because of a bad drainage smell, however I was moved to a lovely room instantly and all was well. The head porter `Terry` was so funny and friendly toward my children he made our stay rememorable. I will definately be going back, it was very central for the shops, restaurants Royal Albert Hall and lots more. We never had dinner but breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend it.
