"Our granddaughter commented that it was a very shiny hotel"
Foyer and public areas were very spacious, comfortable and timeless. The flooring was very indeed very shiny. Lovely big comfortable beds, nice hot shower, breakfast was excellent and even though the hotel appeared to be very busy, the food was plentiful, hot and tasty. Staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. We would definitely stay again and recommend The Crowne Plaza to friends
