"Quiet convenient area "
Good location, close to tube, plenty of amenities nearby. No noise from main road. Breakfast buffet was very good quality

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. The Staff were very friendly. Although breakfast was not included in our package, it is very reasonably priced at the hotel and was fabulous

"Easy access"
Easy to get to 5 minutes walk from earls court tube. The hotel is clean, comfy beds and modern lighting All staff were very friendly. Breakfast looked fresh and inviting. Good for a base. If you want an overnight 1 or 2 night stay you won`t find a cleaner hotel.

"A lovely hotel"
My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely couple of nights. Our room was very modern, fresh and clean with extremely comfortable beds. The only slight drawback was the bathroom being a bit of a tight squeeze and it would have been nice to have some tea making facilities in the room (although I did know there weren`t any when I booked). Overall though we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely consider staying again for our next theatre trip.

"Really comfy hotel in ideal setting"
The hotel was amazing. Ibwas concerned having no window in the room but this was never an issue. The staff were so friendly throughout our stay and couldn`t do enough to help us. They have a good bar woth reasonably priced drinks. The room felt very modern very comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic, continental style with a wide choice. The hotel is in a great location and if you`re a fan of Queen Freddie Mercury`s former House is 30 seconds walk away.

Really clean, comfy bed and everything you need for a shirt break. Hanging space is difficult as room is so small but as a base it is excellent. Staff lovely and really helpful

"Mood lighting?"
Decent sized room,BUT, the money spent on " mood lighting " exactly what is the point of it, in " budget hotel".We feel the money could have been used on better things,such as a poster, explaining just how things worked,e.g.the lighting controls,and the heating control,( Luke warm,) at best, and three,(3) hangers, for two people for four(4) days!! Staff very pleasant, and very helpful,they deserve a pay rise.

"Great value for money , staff lovely and very friendly "
First time in a `budget` hotel very impressed, very clean , very basic room but has everything you need for a short break , comfy bed , tv , shower etc . We take the view we only sleep there so great value and is a very clean hotel. No window which was a bit weird but don`t let that bother you. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting London for a short break. Staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Nice hotel very easy to get to and from areas of London. Breakfast could do with a few more warm options for the later customers.but plenty of healthy options .staff very helpful and lovely nothing too much trouble as our booking was Wrong and soon rectified. 5 stars

"nice hotel but can improve"
This was a great hotel to stay in and was very up to date and modern, the two things for me were, the floor in the room clearly had not been swept or hoovered and there was fluff and small debris everywhere and had to wear shoes, secondly on my booking it clearly stated window room, when I pulled back the curtain there was no window, I would stay there again but nly if assured the problems wouldnt happen again

"Bit to cosy for 2 "
The room we stayed in was lovely but was a tad a bit small for two people, glass door to the bathroom so if it was being used in the middle of the night the light shone through and not much privacy. Perfect size for a single person just a bit to cosy for 2. The staff were lovely and fulfilled requests immediately
