"Ideally located near Underground"

The hotel was clean and staff a delight, linen and amenities very good. Only let down the air conditioning was down and although there were fans available the heat was an issue, and the offer of having the windows fully opened would not have solved the problem. Breakfast of excellent quality with a large range available. Would recommend great location.

The hotel itself was lovely and in a brilliant position. The room was comfortable and clean but was above what I think must have been an air conditioning unit which was noisy. It had simply the best pillows!Excellent value for the money

"The most disappointing factor was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom we stayed in."

Apart from the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom the rest of the hotel was very comfortable and very clean with all the staff we came into contact with being very approachable and pleasant to interact with and were able to answer questions and queries asked.

"Busy hotel, too hot to be comfortable "

Hotel is well placed for visiting London. We found the breakfast food was cold and with only three coffee machines you always had to wait in line. We were there during a heatwave,which obviously isn`t the hotels fault but there is no aircon in your room and the only bedding was a duvet. Lots of city noise which seemed so much worse when you are overheated. We won`t be going back.

We have stayed at this hotel when we came to London previously however this time our room was a lot smaller really no room to put anything still it was very clean We would still highly recommend this hotel 5*

Basic room. Only offered twin beds. No air conditioning. Noisy with bangs from adjacent ent room everytime they opened their wardrobe which was so close to wall that it banged at all times of day and night.

We arrived too early so our room was not ready. As we were soaked from the heavy rain, we opted to have lunch in the bar so we could dry out while waiting to check in. To assist the waiter gave us towels before taking our order and the food was good, as were the buffet breakfasts. Our room was clean and comfortable and all the staff very friendly. We did not pay for a premium room and were limited on space in the shower room and this is the only reason we have rated as good instead of excellent

Came here for a theatre break for my birthday stayed three nights and what a lovely hotel , very clean well equipped rooms with everything you need for your stay and a very comfortable bed. The staff are amazing and so helpful nothing is too much trouble at all. Atrium restaurant very nice and good prices with tasty food and a nice ambiance.And breakfast well what can i say so much choice and quality products. Again staff super helpful and find you a table quickly. Food replenishment quickly and piping hot. Good choice of coffees too.Hotel in prime location with Russell square tube just around the corner and some great eateries around this area too.Will definitely return 128522;

Hotel was fine. Please read the t&c. You are not entitled to delay compensation.Left London 12.30 to reach Edinburgh 16.42 It should have taken us one train just over 4 hours to get to Edinburgh, this did not happen due to an electrical fault on an LNER train in front of us. (These things happen so not to bad).We sat just outside Darlington for over on 90 minutes freezing with no offers of tea/juice. We were eventually told that we had to get another two trains home. Stood for 4 hours on both trains we were told to take with other networks, this was outrageous getting pushed and shoved trying to get on the train with bickering, arguing people unable to get on the seriously overcrowded trains. The elderly having to sit on the floor for parts of the journey the train was so crowded you were unable to get to the toilets.Stood in the rain and cold in York and Leeds for over an hour waiting on trains being moved from platform to platform. We eventually reached Edinburgh at 20.55.

"Beds were really comfty..."

.... just what you need after trapsing around London all day lol. Stayed for 3 nights, room was small (twin beds) but clean, shower was lovely with nice smelling washing accessories. Would book again

room was a bit small, the window was not draught free ,plus there was a lot of noise outside, i.e builders with a machine that kept bleeping, i`m aware that the builders was nothing to do with hotel, perhaps the hotel should of made customers aware of noise

Central location 2-3 min walk from tube station. ( 19 min max walk from Euston) Modern , clean . The comfiest bed ever! Staff very helpful . We were able to leave our luggage after we had checked out . Would recommend this hotel .

Friendly staff good breakfast and clean rooms, only negative was we asked for a duvet that never came, and we got a room with one bed when ordered twin beds, but we survived and enjoyed the stay

This is the 4th visit for an overnight stay. 10 minutes from Kings Cross, 10 minutes from Oxford Street. Easy access to all other locations in central London. Great breakfast choices. Clean room and comfy beds. Will definitely be returning.

"Great location "

Really close to Russell Square tube station, so great location. Easy check in. Separate lift for 7th floor rooms. Rooms very small but nicely decorated & bathroom looked new. Shower was terrible, definitely not a power shower & only drizzles out. Big problem with drains, room smell awful not arrival & had to leave windows open. Beds super comfy & pillows great too. No long mirror. Rooms serviced everyday along with towels.
