"Excellent Hotel. Fantastic location "
Not been here for years, I can honestly say that the standard that this hotel has been refurbished too is exceptional. The room was clean and tidy. Very comfy beds and tastefully decorated. We had a twin room with a stunning view over the adjacent park. A very warm and friendly service from the reception team who checked us in swiftly and efficiently.The Restaurant had a great value lunchtime deal... Great value.Overall this was a perfect location for our stop over in London. Couldn`t fault anything about it.

The hotel was so smart and clean. Very top notch, High quality. Clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and really helpful. They had the room decorated with balloons and banners for my cousins 50th birthday at no extra charge.. Lovely stay

Room ok but needed a luggage rack and limited storage. Problem with the key and had to go back to reception which was not good when just arriving and tired. Also not happy about the obligatory service charge when having a drink in the bar. Comfy beds though

"Clean, good location and friendly staff."
The room was clean and fresh. The beds, whilst small, were adequate for us and comfortable. The noisy street was surprisingly quiet at night. We had breakfast, which had a wide variety of foods in abundance, fresh and hot. My only gripe was the bath/shower was narrow. Impossible to shower without the shower curtain wrapping around you!

The hotel is lovely & comfortable. Needs infinity bedrooms as no idea how to reduce heating so windows open all night so lots of noise - apart from that all fine

This hotel more than exceeded expectations. Location is good, the hotel has a cosy ambiance, the rooms were spotless and the staff were fabulous. Every member of staff was friendly and professional. We loved the decor. The rooms were compact but well appointed and the bar was lovely.

Good service and comfortable rooms. Very close to Kings Cross Station and British Museum. Five minute walk to the bus stop for the Hop on and Off Bus link in to London. Would stay here again.

Fabulously placed for all the attractions, underground station 3 min walk. Nice room and a lovely breakfast, excellent service as well. Everyone so polite and helpful, especially Abdul on reception , nothing was too much trouble . I would recommend this hotel

Great location to Euston station, Covent gardens, Camden Town all in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and foyer was lovely, nicely done in Art deco`. The rooms them selves need some Tlc, we stayed in a twin and it was a tight squeeze. The bathroom needed modernising and bring up to date. But all in all it was clean, nice fluffy towels and the beds were comfy.... would we stay again! Yes
