"A quiet and peaceful break"
This hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, if basic. No shower cap or bathrobes. Staff delightful and helpful. It was great to find a peaceful spot to stay in a very busy city! We didn`t eat at the hotel but we did use the bar. Excellent service and relaxing ambience.

"It`s not great"
We had problems as soon as we arrived we booked a superior room with dinner n breakfast included yet they didn`t have that noted on there side of the booking so had to prove it by showing my booking they said they would correct it but then at dinner and breakfast we then had the same issues again by it not being noted to the staff the food wasn`t great as our steaks were over cooked and breakfast was again not great we paid over 450 for this night`s stay with the show tickets and the only thing worth it was the show would have been better off staying at a Premier inn

I was happy with our room and in general the hotel was good. However, our rooms tea and coffee were not replaced and breakfast in the hotel was disappointing and further staff training required it felt like organised chaos.

Beds not 100% comfy but ok for a short break Room service is probably best the food was piping hot and delicious Down side. Rubbish bags left in corridors and a Henry hoover got forbid if someone has an accident

"Excellent staff"
The hotel was good, the staff were excellent. There were a couple of concerns: the duvet was too small for the bed and the room was cold. Also the little milk cartons were horrible, the milk was stale. The breakfast was lovely.

"Convenient for Wicked and Hamilton shows"
The lobby of hotel with reception and bar area are modern and bright. Staff were friendly and drinks not over priced. Our room which was an apartment for 3, was dated and had mould on the bathroom ceiling. We had to ask for shower gel and hair dryer. The room was large and had its own kitchenette which was handy.

Hotel was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Food was of good quality and plentiful. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and provided very good service. Location was in easy reach of Victoria train station and was in a quiet area.

"Comfortable and welcoming"
Lovely relaxed stay at the Wellington. Room was very warm on arrival but after turning down thermostat very comfortable. Stayed in a one bed apartment with a shower room, our daughter slept on the sofa bed. We had the continental breakfast most days and had a meal in the restaurant on one evening. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

"Excellent location"
The hotel is in a central location making it easy to get to most places in the centre of town. The room was larg and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was help yourself buffet style continental with the option to pay for a full English breakfast which was very nice. The breakfast service was alittle haphazard on arrival with staff searching for room numbers and allocating tables. The buffet was quickly depleted by greedy guest commandeering large quantities of pastries leaving other guests lacking it took staff some time to replenish the buffet. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful The hotel itself is very clean and overall good value for money. We had a very pleasant stay I would recommend it.

My only comment would be that the bed was very hard. The duvet was small but I requested another and it was delivered.
