Sadly my partner never saw the hotel due to her injury. This was her birthday weekend treat. We often stay in London and this was the best hotel we`ve ever booked there (after the Shangri La)

"Aggressive bar staff"
The hotel itself was nice but we had a horrible experience whilst trying to get a picture of st Paul`s cathedral, we tried to get a drink and they said the bar was closed. We then asked if we could get a picture and one of the staff was extremely aggressive and made me feel unsafe. He started shouting at my husband that he would ?see him outside in 2mins?. He wouldn`t let us through to have a picture and to be honest we left as soon as he started being verbally absolve. We would never stay at that hotel again, I told the hotel manager who apologised on his behalf but not good enough.

"Loved our visit, really enjoyed it and will be coming again."
Couple of items were missed in room when we arrived but quickly sorted. Loved the Spa and breakfast was excellent.

Really nice hotel the tv in the room didn`t work and 3 times the reception were contacted and couldn`t connect to the server so the manager is contacting you to refund 15%.I would stay there again central for most things,lovely breakfast.
