Overall our stay was good. However the hotel is going through a refurb and unfortunately our room hadn`t been done and was very tired looking. We had an issue with the water running cold. We informed the staff and it was rectified straightaway. The breakfast was good value for money with plenty of choice. Tube station very close by.

"Done what we needed"

The room was clean and had all we needed, air con and coffee making facilities were a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our booking and was a good start to the day.Lots of yummy option

"Not the best"

Unpleasant reception staff bordering on hostile and definitely need some customer service training.Mix up with booking (not my fault) and no apology or explanation from Natalia.No safety handles in bathroom so very dangerous. Toilet not flushing.Breakfast good however.

"Key cards"

Booked in ok got to 8th floor room only to find the key cards not working.went back to reception gave me new cards alas they didn`t work either after a lecture on what I was doing wrong receptionist came up no luck either being of an engineering background I told them it`s a sensor problem so he had to get engineer to sort. Which was done low and behold went out next day only to return cards not working again. Plus total refurb going on floor above. So not the best hotel experience they should warn. Regay B.

Only stayed over night, but staff very helpful especially when we couldn`t get the room door to open.But soon sorted.also not that far to the theatre, from hotel. the theatre
