"Not what was expected as per website advertising "
Very disappointed. Room was poky, stale smell of feet, toilet seat badly fitted, furniture too big in room so had to shimmy around, shower in bath was dangerous slip hazard, very tired looking overall, bed uncomfortable, pillows horrendous, no good nights sleep. Lots of disturbance with other guests in the early hours of the morning. No lift access for cases. Staff very hands off. Not a four star by any means.

"SUPERB HOTEL "
It was my 25th anniversary,the hotel given my wife and I a great room upgrade as well as a few drinks at there lounge bar for free.The hotel is very close to all the city amenity`s.I would like to thank the reception staff as well as the bar staff for making our stay memorable, I can assure you we will be back to this superb hotel again.Mr & Mrs K Cross
