Excellent overnight stay in this Hotel. The only niggle. Was the Radiator was boiling hot , with no way to adjust it. And the the bed was was less than 2 feet from it.

The Hotel was excently located, very clean and the staff were so friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The room was more than adequate with a very comfortable bed, warm duvet and fluffy pillows. Only things could suggest would be fore more coffee/tea supples in room although I am sure the staff would have been more than helpful to sort thi, and maybe some seating in the reception area. This is only nitpicking though as our experience was everything we needed.

Massive busy hotel but our room was excellent (triple beds) and a generous sized bathroom with shower over the bath. Reception staff were excellent.

Hotel close to all transport systems. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable, and remarkably quiet considering how busy and large the hotel is. Good value and will definitely return.

Hotel good, very friendly staff and very helpful.hotel clean all throughout the whole hotel.the breakfast was excellent and good verity of hot and cold food. Only fault I can make there is no seating area in the hotel if you need to wait for someone.

From arriving & receiving a warm & friendly welcome from Jannai, right through to departure, couldn`t have found a better venue for a central London visit. All staff were very friendly & helpful, room was clean & as Jannai had asked if we preferred a quiet room (we did!), we had a quiet & peaceful stay. Excellent value for money via HotelDirect site, included rail travel & hotel. I`d certainly recommend the hotel & would definitely stay again. Spot on!

Had an enjoyable 2 nights stay at this hotel.Great location,especially if you are travelling to and from Euston Station.Staff very professional and accommodating.Only negative was teas and coffee on short supply.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness were all exceptional. Our room was on the busy road side so it was quite noisy at night but it didn`t spoil it for us. Would definitely use this hotel again.
