Good morning, This break was a surprise birthday treat for my wife`s birthday. I booked the hotel as we required a much needed break after moving house, as well as her birthday. The Windermre is certainly not up to a 3 star. It is in great need of total refurbishment. I`m really surprised you offer it as an option on your site. We have used your site previously, and not been disappointed. I can send pictures on request. This hotel needs an immediate inspection and the photos are not as it is now.

Reception was not very welcoming, sent us the longest way possible to the room. Two women in an area that people with dogs are kept. Not impressed. When asked no housekeeping after 4pm. Came early next morning and the sheets and towels for the room was on the floor outside the room.
