"Good location "

Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast. Decor a little dated.

"A not very `Superior` room!"

The size of the room was good but the bathroom looked as if it had had some hard and the lighting was very poor.In the bedroom the floor lamp didn`t work, there was nothing to stand the kettle on within reach of a socket so had to put it on the floor and there were ring marks on the very small shelf that held the mugs and small supply of tea bags. There was also a random collection of faded pictures on the wall. Nothing major but noticeable in a 4* hotel. Had we been staying longer we would have certainly mentioned these things. It was disappointing as my husband and I had stayed there in February and been really impressed, hence the return visit. Sadly I imagine it will be our last.

"Amazing"

From our arrival until departure the staff couldn`t be more helpful. We were upgraded to a business room. The room had to been seen to believe. We arrived back after a shopping afternoon to find iced cold water, nibbles awaiting us. On our return from the theatre the beds had been turned down and chocolates placed on each pillow. Thanks for the experience will be returning

Always try and stay at the radisson blu Portman square. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Look forward to our next visit.

After a poor start we were upgraded to a business suite. we couldn`t fault this but I think the hotel is overpriced. The food was very good and the staff were helpful.

"Great hotel"

Very nice hotel, staff are very professional and helpful, we got upgraded to a business class room as I gather no standard rooms left. Room was nice and clean and pleasent, if I was critical the traffic was quite noisy at times as the room was right on the busy road, but it is to be expected as your in the middle of London. But a very nice stay.

It`s a great hotel. It`s situated in a very central location with easy access to public transport. Hotel staff are very helpful and service is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. We will stay in your hotel again next time we come to London.

"A very comfortable and enjoyable stay"

All the staff at the Radisson Blu are very polite and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. It was my partners birthday and the staff were brilliant in meeting my requests for balloons and champagne to be put in the room prior to our arrival. They even put some cake with a birthday card and chocolate covered strawberries in the room for him. We were also upgraded to the Winchester Suite which was fantastic, lots of space with everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from depending on your tastes. The location for us was ideal, right near marble arch tube station and oxford street. The concierge was brilliant flagging down taxis for us whenever we required. We would recommend this hotel to anybody, and will definitely be returning in the future.

"Hotel double booked and had no room for us!"

The staff at Radisson were very apologetic and offered us a room at a different Hotel across the road, this being the Churchill Hyatt Regency which we accepted. Our same package was accepted there and we were given a very nice room. The staff there apologised for the Radisson too.

"Lovely hotel ruined by noisy wedding"

The hotel is very nice it is clean, the rooms are well laid out and nicely furnished. Unfortunately we found it very difficult to sleep as there was a wedding on the ground floor and the bass from the music was so loud it was like being on top of a night club. We played music in our room hoping to drown it out but this did not work. I would definately not return to this hotel again because of this, which is a shame as everything else was good.

Excellent service in the hotel. The staff were, without exception, polite, attentive and extremely helpful. The only slight negative was that we found the room a little cramped and lacked drawer space.

this hotel was a lot better than expected. the staff were very helpful and courteous. the rooms, although small, were very comfortable, and very clean. the breakfast choice was excellent. they catered for every taste. would highly recommend to others.
