"Smelly!!"
Room was very basic, holes in some tiles on the bathroom wall stuffed with tissue and the smell coming from the drains in the room were disgusting. Started during the night so no chance of moving rooms.Breakfast was cold. Bokan bar of a night time is a massive plus tho. Great ambience and scenery superb.

"Lovely location? "
We were booked to see a show in Victoria and found it no problem travelling via tube to and from the hotel. Staff were all so lovely and welcoming. The views from the bar and restaurant were amazing and the breakfast really set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you love amazing views and being near the water!

"Would stay again"
The room was very clean throughout with a comfortable bed and the view over London (on 14th floor) was very good.The staff on reception were excellent, especially Marina who was lovely and went above and beyond to help us with directions to our venues.

"Lovely relaxing hotel"
Brilliant hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The pool and sauna were the icing on the cake. We had an amazing view looking onto the skyline and could see tower bridge, the shard and the London eye all lit up and it was a much better view than the bar.Staff (bar the bar staff) could not have been more friendly and helpful.Only thing that could be improved was the bar was extremely unfriendly - waited ages at the bar to be served (half an hour before last orders and wasn`t overly busy) and just was ignored by the bar staff. As we only wanted drinks were sent to the roof top bar (who orders food from the restaurant at 11.30pm?) we weren`t allowed to use the bar tables that were free near the restaurant but there were no tables available at the roof top bar, ended up leaving after 15 mins of waiting to be served.Overall an excellent stay, but if you want the all in dining and drinks experience - might not be the hotel for you!
