The room was adequate. Cleaning is very poor. Bottle screw cap still on the floor from previous people. red (possible blood) splattered up the walls and ceiling in bathroom. Hoovering poor.Breakfast is good. And it`s located very close to the stations for easy access to london

A great hotel just 3 minutes walk from the station, lovely views over the docks. We had a quick easy check in and Mohammed kindly showed us how to use the machine to book our Uber (we live in Wiltshire and hadn`t been to London in over 10 years!) The room was very clean and functional with a big tv, hairdryer, iron & board plus very welcome tea and coffee making facilities.

Did not stay there as we could not get to it as the road being closed and no parking around the area and d should have been informed the road was closed then we could have made different travel arrangements
