"Served a purpose."
Disappointed with the hotel. Upon checking-in we were told as it was our first stay they had given us a room upgrade! As i was travelling with my 2 daughters i had asked for a triple room and knew one of us would be sleeping on a sofa bed but wasn`t quite prepared for how shocking it was. The bed didn`t meet properly in the middle which left a great big channel right down the centre of it. There was no way anyone could sleep on it. I went to reception who sent a member of staff to us. When they arrived I showed her the issue and she just shrugged her shoulders! She then laid 2 duvets down on top of the sofa bed and left !
