The room we had was large with 2 balconies, although it is on a main road we had no trouble with traffic.The service was terrific, the only drawback was no tea/coffee in the rooms, however there is a cafeteria in the reception area.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend it and will be using this hotel again on my next visit to Barcelona.

The room was small but very nice and had everything we needed including a lovely veiw to the back of the hotel and large windows that could be opened a bit like doors which was lovely. The bed was very hard though and my husband did not sleep too well on it. But other than that, it was great and we would stay there again.

Although good position and staff okay, although unable to help with either water or air conditioning Rooms very small

We were advised that there is no cool air conditioning in the hotel.The only advantage is that the location is good and the staff friendly.

Consequently having a shower almost caused a flood each time with water flowing on to the floor. Also no trace of satellite television as stated on hotel web site.Staff were, on the whole, fine. Very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is from 7am to 11am. I think you would be advised not to leave it too close to 11am !!! There is every likelihood that your choice of breakfast will be limited and the staff, surprisingly, appear somewhat surly the later you arrive. If breakfast is up to 11am then it should be fully available up till then with a staff equally as smiley as at 7am !!!Overall, I found the hotel fine and I would stay there again. But I would love if those few "picky" points I have raised would be attended to.

The bathroom was lovely, but we got a high powered shower ,but couldn`t use it ,as it wet all the floor.The hotel has a very good location , a short walk to the harbour and surrounded by lot`s of restaurants.The metro is accross the road ,so everywhere is easy to get to. This holiday was very special and Barcelona is the most beautiful city. We definitely will be going again, and hope that when we book the hotel ,we don`t get the (jacuzi) shower.!.

Room could be described as compact rather than spacious, and no english tv channels available. Overall though, we had a great stay and would certainly use this hotel again. I asked if there was a chance to be moved, the staff were exceptionally helpful and moved us to a bigger room the next morning taking care of our bags for us.

The breakfast was excellant serving both hold and cold buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was on a main street giving easy walking access to habour, old and new part of the city.
