"Excellent"

I got a triple room for £50. BB. Which was really cheap for me.Room & Bathroom was really nice & clean. Hot water shower with good pressure. Enough mineral water bottles in the room to drink. Some interesting foods for the breakfast. Good gentlemen at the reception desk. Less than 10 minuets from Heathrow airport.Good elevators reach all the 10 floors quickly, without having being to wait. Cheap taxi service round the clock with the hotel. What more do you need for £50 for three people? Just try it you will love it.Its a good value for money and a good value for giving it a try.

"Very convenient for Heathrow Terminal 4. "

Comfortable, no-frills, modern hotel. Good restaurant. Great location for an overnight stay before a flight from Heathrow T4. Feltham rail station and bus stop for 490 bus to T4 & T5 are close by.

"Practical and very reasonable."

It was just what I needed, practical and reasonable. Above all, the restaurant was very reasonable in price and the quality of food was excellent. I would recommend it.

Always clean, always comfortable. we return year after year for our short London breaks. You will struggle to find better for the price.

"No reservation found was kept waiting around for a room to be found very embaressing!!!!"

on arriving at hotel no reservation was found was kept waiting around with young children in the reception they eventually found us a family room which was freezing cold and was thrown togeather so no not happy and wont be using this site again to find a hotel

The hotel was rather basic but clean. When venturing outside the hotel, the surrounding area didnt appear overly welcoming and you didnt feel safe. We didnot go out in the evening.....

"Remarkable value for a hotel in that area."

In general, hotel management and operation very satisfactory. Small problems: (1) only 1 bathtowel in double room. (2) No option on duvet, ie: too hot when on; too cold, off. An optional blanket would solve this.Very large - and quiet - room, with good Italian cook in restaurant. Breakfast choice limited.

"reception staff were excellant, food exceeded my expectation and it was overall fantastic value."

The bar/waiting staff in the restaurant were very friendly, but sometimes when you were talking to them we would be interupted by one of their collegues and they would start a conversation, forgetting you were even there....very strange and it happened more than once. "Clean and very convenient for the airport. Friendly staff and very helpful."

Quite conveniently situated for the airport. Clean room and satisfactorily equipped. Restaurant available for evening meal but unfortunately would not recommend the salmon the meals were not exactly a la carte and a bit pricey. Breakfast OK. Would not stay again though, perhaps try to get one nearer to the airport. Thank you any way.

"Cheap, handy to Windsor and the Airport. You get what you pay for. Restaurant was great."

We spent 3 nights at the St. Giles hotel. On arrival one of our bookings(made for a family member joining us) had been lost, thankfully we had documentation. They found a room for her but it had 3 beds crammed into a small room(for just one person) and was on another floor than ours. Our son woke the next day covered in bites up both his lower legs(we never saw any insects in the room but have our suspicians that there was something in the bed. he refused to sleep under the covers after that. To be fair we didn`t mention it at the time but later realised where the bites came from.

The staff where very helpful & friendly rooms could have been cleaner (ie dust under television stand) but would stay there again handy for London or Windsor which was what we required.

Near Heathrow and right by trains to London should you want them. Handles lots of coach parties so aim to go for breakfast later rather than earlier if you can. Very good value for money.

Bit noisy (near railway line) and the room could have been cleaner but comfortable and generally OK. Breakfast was lovely. Great value for a family stay.

"We needed a cheap okay hotel near Heathrow, and this fitted the bill."

Beds very uncomfortable, but as only staying a night no point in complaining. Only one pillow per bed. Room was clean and basic as was the bathroom. Could have done with a little more shampoo/shower gel. We were pleased to find a vending machine on the floor, which meant as we had arrived late we could just get a quick drink without going to the bar. The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful. If looking for a hotel near Heathrow again, we would definitely use St Giles again.

"Great location for stopover before travelling from Heathrow"

A good hotel with excellent service. Staff friendly and efficient. Food excellent and in plentiful supply. Downside, noisy rooms with traffic from Heathrow and other patrons in the hotel. Beds comfortable and plenty of room in the suite. Overall good value for money.

We arrived at hotel at around 9.30pm for a one night stay to see our daughter off to New York the following day The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet breakfast was good and plenty of choice. We had a triple room and we found it to be quite spacious, only problem would be the beds not very comfortable.Overall for what we paid I consider it to be very good value.

"Fair . . . at best . . ."

While the hotel is conveniently located neart Heathrow and was quiet despite the proximity, the beds looked rumpled, the carpeting in our room had ripples, the tile grout in the shower was gross, there were easily visible stains on the wall below the mirror in the room and above the tile in the shower, and Internet access was an additonal 10 pounds. The breakfast host was pleasant but breakfast was mediocre at best. We did not have a car but, if we had, we would have had to pay extra for that. NOT a bargain ;-(

"Es un hotel correcto dado el precio que se paga. Limpio y atentos."

Hay que tener en cuenta que no esta cerca del centro de Londres. Pero si muy bien comunicaco por tren, desde la estacuion de Feltham (al lado del hotel) a la Estacion de Waterloo. Se tardan unos 30 minutos maximo, pero es muy comodo. Por la noche no hay nada de interes, pero en bus puedes ir a los pueblos o barrios cercanos (si coges el 285 direccion Kington) hay una calle con buenos y baartos restaurantes (italianos, orienrtales, e incluso uno Español). Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto de Heatrrow.

nice clean room once we got the right size - had to be moved due to not enough beds room was booked for 3 but was only big enough for two. Breakfast was good but had to leave early for airport on 2nd morning and so misssed out on food as restraunt didnt open till 6.30 over all pleasant enough stay friendly staff and close to railwas station
