We went as a group of 4 to see the fireworks in London on New Years Eve. We booked the room in May and were unsure of where the hotel was situated and the amenities that would be available........ WOW what a fantastic location and room was superb !! The staff were welcoming, friendly and hardworking. We had a great time and enjoyed our evening. We would definitely consider booking this hotel again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thanks again. Regards Debbie Roberts xx
"Great location two hundred yards from St Pauls cathedral."

"Excellant hotel, well situated for the sites of London"
"Perfect setting with great service."
Quick check in. Good quality rooms and bathrooms. A free lounge for coffee and soft drinks with good tv coverage. Great to while away a little time with friends before or after exploring London. The water machines and bottles on each floor where a great plus and the breakfast great quality and good pricing for London. Overall an enjoyable atay
"Clubby Club Quarters!"
During the week let out to corporates for their staff, at weekends some rooms are made available to the public so you know straightaway that the size and quality of the room is going to be of a good standard, the club lounge on the ground floor is welcoming with a feature fire, settees and armchairs , complimentary beverages and newspapers..it feels sort of ..well.. clubby ! The Cote restaurant next door is worth considering - though the bill can add up a bit - plenty of bars around Carter Lane and restaurants and then you`re right by St Pauls ! Marvellous to watch a Saturday wedding or listen to the chimes or the choral evensong ! Club Quarters is a great concept, great value with friendly front desk service. Brilliant !
"Club Quarters - St Pauls - Modern, clean, no complaints"
Modern interior, everything worked, friendly staff, very clean, loved the complementary products, good room temp/aircon, nice bedding, comfy bed. A1 :-)
"Great location, helpful staff"
"very good value and convenient"
Can`t fault the value
"Clean room, great food"
Received conflicting comments on taxi`s accepting credit cards. I was told, yes the Black cabs accept them, but could not pay the bill since my credit cards because it did not have a chip and pin - embarrasing situation. Got quoted $75 to the airport Saturday night, but Sunday morning was quoted $59 by the front clerk, which changed my mind.
This hotel is ideally situated for site seeing around London. A great view of St Pauls Cathedral from our bedroom window. The rooms were really cosy and very clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist you with travel arrangements etc. I have stayed here with girlfriends before and I would definately reccommend this hotel.
"Good hotel in great venue, pleasant and helpful staff"
Only comment could have done with more milk for morning tea LOL. Good comfortable, clean and tidy room and brilliant venue.
we found the hotel very clean good size bedrooms and staff could not have been more helpful we hope to stay here again in the future
We had a great stay at this hotel, staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel clean and very well situated. We will stay in this hotel again without a second thought.
"Great location and great hotel for short stay"
Staff all very welcoming and professional. Rooms fine for short stays. Bathrooms could be a little bigger with better showers but on the whole a great place to stay. Stayed before and will stay again.
"Verey good resption staff"
Room small but very well equiped
"Great cental Hotel"
We booked last minute and had a small double room, which was very reasonably priced for central London. The room size was perfectly adequate for 2 adults, it was modern, clean and convenient. The staff were friendly. Would def recommend and hope to stay again.
Perfectly good hotel in good location. Continental breakfast extremely good - lovely FRESH croissants and as it is a buffet breakfast you could eat your fill. Service at breakfast was slow - not enough staff on duty so buffet kept running out of things and queues built up at busy times as guests waited around for more croissants, plates, glasses etc. Management need to address this issue, otherwise a most enjoyable stay.
"great hotel great location"
we were very pleasantly suprised with the standard of this hotel, as you never know until you get there if it lives up to pictures etc. The room was more than adequate, spacious and had everything we needed. Very good standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel, great staff and a good feeling about the place. It has room key operated lifts so very secure aswell. we will definately return on our next visit to London. we highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to all at club Quarters st pauls
This hotel is fantastic value for money. The bedroom had all the amenities (and more) of a 4 star hotel. The reception staff were extremley polite and helpful. I can certainly recommend this hotel.
"If returning to hotel after 11pm you will be unable to get a drink either at bar or via room service"
"Great concept, Great value,Great location !"
Designed mainly for lengthy corporate occupancy - take advantage of rooms that become available to non members at the weekends. Spacious, well appointed rooms, comfortable lounge, complimentary coffee and chilled water, adjoining Cote restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices. Situated right by St Paul`s, with plenty of bars ,restaurants and an easy stroll to the Tate Modern.Check prices as booking direct is not always the cheapest option - and prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Hotels Direct was the best deal we found.
"Confortable with friendly and efficient staff. "
Stayed over when in London for a wedding. Very comfortable bed, quiet room (for london!) good shower room. Nice, friendly staff. Easy access to tube. Picturesque location right by St Pauls.
"Ok but nothing special."
Clean and comfortable with friendly staff, but I fail to see how it gains four stars. The breakfast buffet was poor ( no choice, no bread rolls, no grapefruit juice, no semi skimmed milk) though the cooked breakfast was excellent. The walls were very thin and it sounded like next door having a shower was in our room! No biscuits with the complimentary tea and coffee! 1 ply cheap tissues supplied in the room. No bath. Just not up to the standard I was expecting. Felt like an up market travellodge and no more.
"Great location next to St Pauls Cathedral , pleasant staff and very clean room. Would recomend."
"really good and reasonable"
"the bar shut at 10pm on a saturday, whats that about."
The bed was not done when we arrivedThe reception was not friendly expensive breakfastWell located but too expensive not value for money
Club Q was a great place to stay. Not over luxurious but what do you want for this price? Staff were great and very helpful, the place was very clean and had endless supplies of towels, toiletries etc and there was free tea, coffee and mineral water. Would stay here again no problem.
"excellent hotel for what we wanted. great location and service"
the hotel staff were very pleasant on arrival very helpful we were given an upgrade after we inquired about the upgrade offer which was on display in reception area. room was very nice abit surprised the sink unit was not in the shower room with toilet but it did not bother us. we did not hear the bells from st. paul`s from our room 6th floor at the back. location is good subway 5 min away, sains and m&s food express around the corner. garfunkels 2 doors away for breakfast. we enjoyed our 2 night stay would stay there again.
Clean, comfortable, good location, very helpful staff, would stay again.
"This hotel represented excellent value for money. It was immacuately clean and very comfortable."
The hotel was superb. The location is excellent, right in the heart of London. We shall be booking our next stay shortly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
"THIN WALLS, FAULTY PHONES and KNACKERED DOORS"
Whilst I cannot fault the staff who were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is my opinion is dated the walls are thin enough for you to hear whispered conversations in adjoining rooms and our bathroom door would not shut. Another tip if you are staying request a room at rear of hotel which I would imagine is less noisy....oh and remember ST Pauls bells chime the quarter hour and full hour. I have paid less for better hotels but as I say the staff are superb!!
"great location, ideal room facilities, size etc."
"Good clean hotel"
Found the hotel to be well situated, Taxi`s were easy and not expensive to the west end for our show. Would stay again.
The Quaters was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and clean. The location was astounding! I couldn`t believe how close it was to St Pauls. The only one problem I had was the walk to the room, it seemed amazingly out of the way, having to walk down steps and through weird doors, it was a bit of a maze. But I would recommend club quarters to anyone spending a few nights in London.
"Clean and comfortable"
Friendly and helpful staff; comfortable rooms with all the facilities required for a short stay; excellent location.
"Good hotel with spacious bedroomj, breakfast not included even though we thought it was"
Very clean well equipped and locaed hotel.Staff very helpful, failed to tell us however that you need to use your room key pass in the lift to enable you to travel down. The only dissapointment was that on booking this hotel on screen the price advertized showed as having breakfast included so four of us went to breakfast and then on check out was told we owed forty something pound. My fault for not checking confirmation details properly, but even so breakfast round the corner or even if you just walked in off the street was less than the 12.95 we were charged per person. Wont do that again
"fast cheque in, and out clean."
would be nice to have a bar area,to relax , not just a quiet lounge, you have to use the restaurant if you want to have a drink no where int he hotel to grab a snack.but plenty eating places within walking distance. rooms are cool and clean . water bottle in hall are a good idea, not enough pillows, otherwise fine.
