"Superb location and staff."

Firstly reception went that extra mile to get us booked in early which was very much appreciated. Room was as described, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, porters very helpful and friendly. Location is top class for theatres, sightseeing and shops. We will be back!!

"Very comfortable and convenient hotel for west and theatres and shopping"

The staff were all very welcoming and made the guest experience special with the service they provided. We had a superior king room and I was ideal, perfectly clean, well proportioned and well equipped. The breakfast in the morning was also lovely with a good choice of food and drinks to set us up for the day as well. If you are buying a theatre package then strand palace is perfect and only a 5-10 min walk from Charing Cross tie as well.

Only complaint is that in our room the bed was against the wall on 1 side which made it tricky to get out of with disturbing my partner

Small room with very little natural light, comfortable bed. Bathroom tap broke (but not so you couldn`t use it). Long queue for breakfast but the food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great show and easy Hotel. 2 adults and a 14 year old. No problems at all. Breakfast is a good idea too.

"the hotel workers were verey good and give gredit to the employees the hotel room was to smal "

the room was to small the bed was aginst the wall as we are aged 77 and 76 we foud it verey hard to get into bed the toilet was verey small the seat was lose it was verey hard to reach the lo roll the shower was not to good there was no room or proper seats to site down to put your shoes on as i have a hip problem and back problem i was expecting beter facilityes at this hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel. Reception staff extremely helpful and was given two complimentary drinks as we were celebrating a special birthday. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. The hotel is also superbly situated for access to the theatres and Convent Garden.

Very warm welcome from the beginning. Large hotel plenty of space to sit, eat and drink.Our room was quite dark but it was perfor what we needed. I would stay again.

Fantastic service from all the staff, well looked after and something we were not use too having.Did not have the breakfast a little too expensive for what was on offer..... ideally located in the West end of London for all the theatres and within walking distance to Charing Cross railway station and tube train access

"Perfect!"

The hotel was gorgeous and in the perfect location for the Lyceum Theatre and Covent Garden. Our room (a classic double) was very small but we knew this and it was fine for what we needed.

"Perfect position to access the Wonders of the City of London. "

We went to our room to relax, the TV would not come on, We called reception and a Man came up and pulled out the wire from th back of the TV. He said they would give us another room. We went to the room to relax, tea and coffee. Both products were unpleasaant and unable to drink. We had the water bottles but the water was warm. And all the water dispensers were warm on each floor. We had to leave the Hotel and go outside and buy some drinks. We were disappointed and sad. It was not relaxing.

The hotel is great, the room was lovely and the bed so comfy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The head porter looked after our luggage and went out of his way to help us making our stay just perfect

Although I had booked a superior twin room I ended up with a double. My early call for Sunday morning never happened. These shortcomings apart I have to say that the staff were great.

Lovely clean room , was on the small side but that is the only complaint, staff were all lovely especially Mohamed who helped store our bags while we explored

Room was more than adequate for our needs & spotlessly clean. Disappointed with evening bar/drink service - very slow, bar not busy & drinks sat on bar for a long time before being served to table. Do not agree with non optional service, especially when you go to the bar & order your own drinks.

Great hotel in a fab location. Walking distance to Covent Garden, Oxford Street and the Gielgud Theatre. Loads of bars and restaurants. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Overall a very nice hotel, ideally positioned for all the attractions. The major fault is the size of the bedroom which was very small. I would stay again but book for a larger room with a better view.

"A bit disappointing for a "good" hotel in London "

Was ok, however room not completely cleaned, layers of dust in places, small for what you pay for. No signs to find rooms which isn`t helpful. Positives - was in a great location, close to shops and public transport and incredibly close to theatres in the area.
