"Hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and efficient."

More choice at breakfast is certainly required,two other couples sat near to us also agreed,maybe hash browns and mushrooms for a start.

I found this hotel by chance and am very glad that I did.The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too, with a good choice and plenty too. Car parking good and charges were reasonable too.Would definitely book there again.

"GREAT VALUE, GREAT BREAKFAST,CLEAN ROOMS. 20 MIN WALK FROM TUBE"

MYSELF AND FAMILY CAME DOWN TO LONDON FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SEE THE SIGHTS ETC THE HOTEL WAS FAB, NICE AND CLEAN AND ONLY 20 MINS FROM THE TUBE. WILL USE AGAIN, AND MY KIDS LOVED THE BREAKFASTS

"Good overall Hotel with few minor letdowns"

The hotel was good overall really clean and comfortable with great service, few minor things let it down from being great. Internal door handle loose and shower tray wouldn`t drain properly if these were sorted it would be fantastic cheap stay especially for those visiting the O2

"Considering placing of guests."

The first 2 nights of our stay were great but, unfortunately, on the third night there had been a group of girls placed in two rooms (one next to our room, and the other on the opposite side of the corridor and a couple of doors down). They continued to go in and out of each others rooms all night, slamming the doors, shouting and banging on our door. Throughout the entire night we were all kept awake and were extremely tired for our long journey home the following morning. It would be fair if this could be considered when placing groups of young people within the hotel and perhaps avoid another family enduring this sort of end to an otherwise great holiday.

The staff at Express Greenwich are very helpful and polite we were very pleased with this the rooms were very standard and furniture needs updating the shower was poor and needs replacing entering the room smelled smoky! but the apperance and inside reception and lobby/ restrant was very nice calm and clean.breakfast was not great cooked food mainly eggs unedible and toast cooked only on one side. the staff and there helpfulness was by far outstanding.

"Very good value hotel"

Service and facilities were very good, especially for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A particularly good location if visiting the O2, though perhaps a bit far away from the nearest tube line (15 minutes walk), if wanting to get into Central London quickly, with a family in tow.

The hotel is in a great position for visiting the 02, 10 minuite walk. Very clean and comfortable and very helpful pleasant staff. Breakfast basic but was well cooked. Will definatly stay here again if going to the 02.

"Friendly staff, clean and modern hotel. Can`t fault it."

Staff couldn`t have been more helpful. When we arrived early to leave our bag, the receptionist told us about the privilege club and the advantages it had. The room was clean and modern and the breakfast was good too. Would not hesitate to book a Holiday Inn Express again.

"Heaters in room poor."

This hotel was a great location for the o2. Our problem was the heater in the bedroom. It did not work for the first 2 hours of our stay - weather was freezing. It was also directly above the bed. We set it to 20 during the night as it was so cold but it blows heat straight onto you and then the thermostat cuts in & out. It was noisy and far too close to us. In the end we switched it off and along with the very thin duvet provided had a chilly nights sleep. The breakfast however was good & the staff pleasant. Would I stay here again? No.

"Basic but suits the price"

The room was a bit small, as it was a family room, but for less than £80 a night right next to the O2, what can you really expect? Breakfast was alright, though don`t bother with the scrambled eggs as they were sooo dry! The staff were very good and professional and the parking rates are great (£7 per night). As a warning, the walk to the tube/O2 is a bit long, especially with children.

"Good experience"

1- Family of 4. 2 adults with 2 Kids (8&10Y)2- Room- Good. Bathroom-very good & clean. Noisy aircon. sofa bed is OK3- Breakfast. free and very good4- cleanliness. very good5- position. very convenient to the dome and about 10 minutes walk to the underground - North Greenwich on the Jubilee - zone26- staff. nice and helpful7- price. very good8- WILL VISIT AGAIN!

Stayed here for o2 concert. excellent location and value for money. Twin room was very clean with good size bathroom and plenty of room in bedroom area, would definately stay here again

"Minor problems were quickly rectified"

The Hotel was very clean and tidy.Reception staff were excellent and changed our room without any fuss.Breakfast was adequate but the cooked food was a bit on the cool side. Overall a very enjoyable experience
