Great room great service great food would have been rated excellent but for just a couple of little things like the jacuzzi bath not working, the music in the shower not working, the blinds letting in too much light early morning. Very minor things but for a 5* hotel I`d expect perfection. Would definitely recommend though and stay here again. I had read some people say the rooms are small, I didn`t find this at all, the room was fantastic, the bed is the most comfortable I`ve had! Overall a great stay, will be back!

"Small and friendly"
A small friendly hotel in a great location. We have stayed twice at this hotel. 2nd time because we liked it the first time. They didn`t disappoint us they impressed us! We have stayed at some of London`s top hotels for many years and never have they acknowledged let alone thanked us for returning. Well this hotel does both! We will definitely return

It was a lovely hotel, a bit strange having someone go into your room and sort the bed out and curtaions etc for night, but it was good. Just think the bar should have stayed open to the time the book said as the book says 1am closes but it was closed by12.
