"Reasonable location. No wi-fi working which was a nuisance. No hot water!!"

Reasonable location. Friendly staff - spoke good English. Clean and tidy rooms. But....no wi-fi which was a nuisance. And more importantly, the shower was lukewarm at best two nights running (at around 10pm) - not what was needed after a long day of sight-seeing.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the facilities very good. My only criticism will be that my next door "neighbours" were extremely noisy. Overall I was very happy

"Good Value"

Nice hotel in a good positon for the metro and department stores, the Moulin Rouge about 15 min walk. About 10 minutes by taxi from the Eurostar approx 12 euros. The reception staff could be a little more helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with soft drinks in the mini bar, did not take the breakfast option as there are bars and resturants nearby. Overall very good for the price, would stay there again.

In general the room was grotty carpet dirty carcked tiles in bathroom etc..

"Ideal location"

Room clean and pleasant. Location good for sightseeing and within walking distance of main attractions. Staff helpful. Breakfast reasonable. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No bar or facilities for evening meal but within very close proximity to restaurants and bars.

"Not as good as good as it should have been "

We were very dissapointed with the room we were given. Although it was clean, we were shocked to find out that there was no AC. When we called reception, they told us it has to be switch on from downstairs. That was a lie because the lady on duty the next day said the AC was not working on the 6th floor. A lot of time was wasted on that and on our arrival to the hotel as the hotel wern`t informed about our booking. Also the construction work outside the hotel didn`t help when trying to sleep, especially that we had to open the window to get some air. Will certainly not stay in that hotel again and will not recomment it to anyone.

As far as Paris Hotels go this is very good value for money. Ask for a quiet rooms and you will hear no traffic noise from the busy road outside. The hotel is situated in a good position within walking distance (good shoes required) to the shopping areas, Moulin Rouge area and Montmatre.

"Great location"

Friendly door staff, very helpfull and speak english very well. The room was clean, well kept and of a good size.
