"Almost was a perfect stay "

Unfortunately we found a dirty sock in our room, so the cleaners hadn`t been thorough. Breakfast ok. Eggs Benedict was not good at all and had to wait a while too. Did mention this at desk, didn`t ruin our stay.

"Lovely short break "

Great location for our family short break, nice hotel staff very attentive nice and clean, breakfast was brilliant and staff all worked very hard to make us feel welcome. Facility to leave bags in secure hold was also great, made life so much easier xx

The only downside was that the window in the room overloooked the inside of the hotel so no outside view, but otherwise was fine.

"Lovely room"

We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and had a lovely large room. Breakfast gets very busy, so if you don`t want to queue, go early.

I did not like the fact there was a sliding glass door into the toilet which gave no privacy at allthe room had not been cleaned by 5pm and we had to ask for the housekeeping to come upthe staff were very pleasantthe breakfast was good with plenty of choice

An excellent location with good views. Fantastic room with plenty of facilities. Room clean & tidy. Bed comfortable Breakfast was a let down. Cold and tasteless. Waited 20 minutes for an eggs benedict and was served with something a primary school pupil made!

The heating system in the room was terrible, it`s was cold one minute then unbearably hot the next.We telephoned reception and they did try to fit but it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The room was classed as superior on the booking form but I would class it as a standard room. I would not go to this hotel again as I have stayed in nicer rooms elsewhere.

"Good central location"

The hotel staff were very nice, looked after their guests well. Our room 110 dd not ave a great view, infact overlooked the kitchen area the restaurant. Very disappointed as reviews had raved about the great views from hotel windows. Not ours... However, it was clean and comfortable. Restaurant needs to be bigger, very long wait to be seated for breakfast. Good value and really enjoyed the weekend.

Great position of hotel amazing views and rooms fantastic - hotel staff extremely friendly and such a welcoming hotel - would 100% stay here again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Hotel looked basic from outside, stepped inside and it was like a completely different place. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Or room was reasy when we got there. The elevator was glass so you can see down/up the middle of the hotel and can see the Restaurant that was well presented and clean. We had a 2 bed studio apartment that was lovely. T.v was on the homepage with a welcome message and our name on it. The kitchenette was well equipped, spotless clean and we`ll lit up. The bathroom was nice with a shower and separate bath. Well designed and elegant looking. The whole room was just lovely. We couldn`t find any faults with the actual room. Outside our window, the view was far from amazing it was just factory like buildings, BUT that didn`t bother us as we went to London to walk around and sight see not to see London through our bedroom window. Amazing hotel, great staff and great prices. We will definitely stay here again when we return to London for our next visit
