really pleased with service, how clean and tidy the rooms and hotel was, food was a tad pricey,really handy for eurodisney,free suttle bus was excellent, pool was nice to relax in but not big enough to swim proper lengths in but overall i would 100% stay there again, loved every minute of it...

"Not good"
We booked this `luxurious` hotel as we had a tight schedule and needed some home comforts between activity. The hotel was too hot to sleep, air con didn`t work. We complained and got moved to a junior suite but it was still too hot. So we didn`t sleep. The porter wouldn`t let us use the trolley to take our luggage out to the car. The bathroom was dirty. Disappointing!

Staff are really polite and friendly. Didn`t have to wait for a table at breakfast. Room was nice as was the amenities. On the downside however,the shuttle bus needs to be better organised for busy periods as several people without pushchairs who had just turned up blatantly pushed in front of those with pushchairs who had waited over an hour, resulting in them having to wait for the next bus. W

"problems with phones in bedroom"
The hotel is wonderful location wise, food average. The phones in the bedroom were faulty and when I told reception they said we didnt have the phone on the hook properly as it had the busy signal. It was my daughters birthday on the 17 June. Family and friends were trying to ring her and spending money by talking to reception and ringing from NZ and Bali to be told the phone was busy or we werent in our room. This was a costly business for them as they tried several times. It was reported immediately to reception but nobody took us seriously. There was also a problem with the wine we ordered to our room but this was very kindly rectified on paying our bill;Overall we were thrilled with our room and facilties: The shuttle bus to the disneyland was a bonus.

"lovely hotel"
really nice hotel, breakfast was good for disney hotel standards, enjoyed swimming pool and steam room.... managed to catch hotel bus to disney every day thro pure luck as if you weren`t quick it was too full, had a ticket system on bus in a morning but driver didn`t take any notice of it and it was 1st come 1st served!

"poor radisson"
i`ve stayed in other radisson hotels and this was by far a let down to the name, air con dosent work, or has little or no effect. when they say the resturant closes at 10 they mean if you come after 2140hrs you will be refused entry, the pool was cold and changing room poor, and I feel the place was understaffed!Also I was in the shower and the staff just barged in. the food was nice, the staff were polite. but I will not revist that hotel!

"Nice hotel but a bit expensive"
Overall the hotel was fine,the rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. My only gripe was the price of a drink. Why do they have to charge so much!! Be careful if you`ve got kids because you would spend a fortune in this hotel. surely they would make more money if these things were reasonably priced and everyone would support it, instead people were coming in with shopping bags from the supermarket..enough said.

"Ideal stay if you want a haven of tranquility after the parks."
Just spent 3 nights at the Radisson Blu starting Halloween night. Having previously been to Euro Disney three times but only used the Disney hotels I was a little nervous as to how it would work out with the transfers rather than being able to walk to and from the parks. The transfers were totally fine and on time. The hotel was in our opinion perfect for what we were seeking (the aforementioned haven away from the parks). Our teenage daughter and her friend enjoyed the uncrowded pool and the space afforded by the hotel. The food and drink prices are on a par with the Disney Village, i.e very expensive. Ensure you book a b&b option like we did with Hoteldirect or you`ll pay 27 euros per person for a breakfast.

"Fantastic high quality hotel "
We were upgraded to a suite free of charge as all family rooms were taken. The suite was fantastic - very clean with all we needed and more! Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Great Hotel for a family with Car"
The hotel staff, and rest of the services were more than exceptional, we really enjoyed our stay there, the breakfast was very good, and its set in a beautiful location. I think you need to have your own can there, as transporation is not easy. It`s also roughly 17 miles to Paris.All in all I would stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.Thanks yo all the staff at the Radisson and a especial to HOTEL DIRECT for getting us a reaLly great deal.

"Good 4 star hotel"
Good clean hotel, transferrs are a real bonus. Hotel prices are expensive, bottle of water will cost you ?5, pint of beer is ?8. Food was okay nothing special, breakfast was included in my package otherwise it`s ?27. We went for the buffet for the evening meal and that ?33 per person. Good, clean hotel the pool was nice and the sauna and steam rooms were a good size.

"Good quality Hotel- Not particularly suitable for family /disneyland paris visits"
Great Quality adult orientated restraunt menu - wonderful duck but limited for childrenswimming pool lovely surroundings but very coldvery helpful reception staff and one of the waiter staff even found us candles for my husbands birthday cake- so helpfulslightly disapointed in the officious resteraunt supervisor who made us wait while he took a phone call (13/11/09) then checked we had signed for our meal- which we had!- great foyer/open bar with cosy firelovely informative concierge who found my daughters phone and chased after her to return itcomfortable bedroomsthe email info re transport from Paris via RER could also contain information direct from Charles De Gaulle and the TGV would have saved us a huge amount of hassle on our journeyGreat value for our stay- had terrible coffee at breakfast- most surprising for the french

The hotel was brilliant. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and make your stay very relaxing. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would definately go back.

"Radisson Hotel Disneyland"
Had an amazing time in France , visited many areas of Paris and local Disney parks. Traveling around and commuting was easy and pleasant , and to arrive back at the Radisson each night made our vacation all that much better. Staff were friendly , room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone - and would certainly return.

"Peacefull"
The hotel had a great service. The shuttle ran every 20mins (unfortunately till 8pm) and took us to the Disnay Park. There was so much to choose from for breakfast. The appearance of the hotel was always clean and tidy and the staff were always available to help with any query.

Stayed a t Raddsion when visting euro disney, the location was excellent , as there wa a free shuttle bus which starts at 8.30am to 8.00pm every 25 -35 mins depending on traffic. I never waited more than 5 mins for the bus. If you miss the buss in the evening its only 12 euros to hotel from disneyland park. THERE IS NO 57 BUS ANYMORE THAT GOES FROM STATION TO HOTEL IT STOPPED A YR AGO!!!.just stand by the taxi stand and the white shuttle bus will arrive it has a piece of paper with raddsion on it. when you ge to charles de gaulle airport you can get the yellow disney bus yellow bus with disney characters that will take u to station. don`t waste ur money on trains.

Always disappointing when room is for 3 people and you only get 1 cup and 2 glasses. Only enough drink facilities for 2 also.Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning of room each morning not fantastic, no replacement toilet roll, cups/glasses not cleaned and same towels left.Very good overall though, does deserve 4 star rating.K.Jordan

While we were there they closed the pool because chlorine levels were too high. Which meant we only used it once. Our children were very upset and disappointed as we`d planned to relax and use the facilities on our second day. Overall though a nice hotel.

Rooms okay and clean, although could be noisey. general hotel looking tired, pool was not avalible one day and the breakfast was of poor quality and the cutlary was dirty some days.......poor for a radisson. The shuttle bus was unreliable especially when waiting for the bus at Disneyland, most of the time we had to catch a taxi.Good Points: excellent parking facilities and felt very secure. General staff polite and helpful although the htel seemed short of staff..

Our stay at one of your hotels was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful on the front desk and at the bell desk. The room was well kept and in good order. "SAS Radisson Paris - a rural not city break "
Newish, stylish but relaxed. Very professional multilingual staff. Trades heavily on being close to both to Paris CDG airport/Disneyland yet is 30-60/10 mins away from both by taxi (euro 85/15 each) in fields many km from centre. Has free shuttle buses to Disneyland/train station which came in varying sizes/times and finished at 8pm so invariably were full or missed. Excellent and immense breakfast or evening buffet meals. Spa style gym and pool open till 11pm. Overall suits parents and kids without obvious tack of Disney hotels but may miss the point of convenience to either theme parks or Paris itself.

"Got as far as the reception desk!!!!!"
To cut a long story short 3 friends and I were told upon arrival that the hotel was full, there was a fault in the system and they had no rooms for us but had however arranged accomodation at a near by hotel ( a holiday inn) which we could have booked ourselves had that been where we initially wanted to go!!! They paid the taxi after asking if we had a car, although what were the chances of that since we had travelled from scotland!!! So all i can suggest is that you book with caution, as we did not expect such a hotel to be fully booked in early JANUARY!!!

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well serviced and the staff very friendly. We made excxellent use of the free hopper bus, and at night after a full day in the parks it was good to get away from the "disney theme" and screaming children!! Many thanks for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Emma
