I had a room on the ground floor which was absolutely freezing. It did not warm up even with the heating/air conditioning turned right up.

"A good base to see the city"
The location of the hotel to mainline Euston railway station makes this an ideal base to explore and enjoy.The hotel staff are very professional and facilitated all our needs without question. The room was clean and well presented.Wouls stay again next time im in london. thanks

"Great Spot!"
Fab hotel. It really is 2mins from the station too.Lovely welcome,nothing too much trouble. My only comment would be;We went to eat in Brasserie 43. We had theatre tickets and had to be out early. The restaurant was very quiet but once we ordered we were told our food would be 30 mins. It was actually 45 mins!!Id say kitchen needs to be more on the ball...

"Good all round hotel"
We enjoyed our weekend stay here, as a family party of 10 we were looked after with great ease. The staff were friendly and so approachable, we left our luggage free of charge on early arrival and whilst we enjoyed a full day out on day of departure. The breakfast was lovely and again service was great. Our rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Highly recommended on all counts.

"Thistle Euston is a good and convenient place to stay. "
Room 239`s bath-plug mechanism needs attention.It fails to raise the plug to empty the bath. Otherwise fine.

This is our 3rd stay at the Thistle Euston, Once again we were very happy with the room, the reception and the staff. The room was exceptionally clean and we were greeted each morning with a smile, a good morning and asked if everything was ok, we would recommend and have to anyone looking to stay in London. Well Done to all and thank-you for another lovely stay.

" Very well situated hotel enabling easy access to Euston station and the underground."
The Thistle Euston is currently undergoing a much needed face lift. Several rooms have already been completed with new colour scheme throughout. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We did experience some noise from tourist groups - late arrivals and early departures.

Very accommodating with left luggage and pleasantly surprised to get full cooked breakfast available when booking said continental style only. Staff very pleasant and helpful.No noise at night despite backing on to a park and opposite Euston.

OK, but not brilliant for a 4 star. For example they gave two of us only 1 little bottle for shampoo and 1 for shower gel for 2 days, when we used the first day. Miserly!!

"Close to Euston Station"
Enjoyable stay at the Thistle, Euston. Hotel very clean, modern with a professional atmosphere. Room excellent. Close to Euston Station and therefore accessible to all main areas. Regrettably no attempt was made to show spirit for the Royal Wedding which was the reason for our visit!

The public areas of the hotel are nice. Large foyer with a decent sized bar and video screen. The Breakfast area was a little congested but I appreciate the hotel was busy. My main disappointment was the room. I only needed a nights stay and was given no.58, which was by the road and right next to the fire exit. The fire exit door kept banging through the night, for whatever reason, and there was constant noises from the cleaning staff. Not bad, but for the price I expected better.

We found the pillows very uncomfortable - hard & not good for sleeping. We asked for 2 moreand they were worse. Otherwise everything was very clean, staff were helpful and location isgreat next to Euston station if travelling by rail/underground. Close to rail station so can be a bit noisy.

Room was comfortable but could here noises from next room, hairdryer etc. Car park is very tight and right at the back of the storage areas which would be quite concerning for female guests.

Stopped Sunday evening and arrived late. Disappointed to find that bar closed at 10.30 even to residents. No tea and coffee facilities in room.Very clean. Efficient reception.

Great for locale, 2 mins walk from London Euston Station. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Slight noise from passing ambulances during the night. Would stay here again.

"The room was too small for a double room"
The bed was up against the wall so the person on the inside had to climb over the other person to get out in the night there was no room for two people to change a t the same time no mini bar to get water from the pillows were hard and small and only two of them one each, wish we had been made aware as to why this room was cheap even though we only stayed one night it wasn`t very pleasant asked for an upgrade but was told it wasn`t possible the room should be classed as a single it makes a mockery of the star system wont go there a gain.

"NO PROBLEMS"
Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Very good location for our weekend break visiting West End, China Town etc. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
