Stayed in King size excective suite as part of a theatre deal..clean and great size for three of us..staff really helpful and nothing too much trouble.. breakfast really really good would defo stay here again.

"Genuinely surprised at how good it was."

After reading lots of negative comments I was worried, but honestly I stay in hotels a lot and this is a nice hotel. Bed huge and comfortable with decent pillows, good sized clean room, powerful and hot shower in a clean bathroom, with a very tiny amount of black mould on a few areas of grout, not enough to male you feel ick. Friendly and helpful desk staff, good breakfast just missing hash browns! But otherwise tasty and plentiful. Right in the middle of everything you want to see in London too. Recommended

Location: amazing Bedroom: goodBathroom: poor / tiles broken, old and dirty looking. It was clean but, different light in ceiling, painted bits on woodwork different shades of white. Good powerful shower

"Brilliant dtay"

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the perfect pit stop. Breakfast was delicious.The aftercare let it down, I left some clothing behind and they wouldn`t send it to me even though I was paying . This lack of care would put me off staying again

"Excellent location, fabulous staff, rooms are a bit tired (especially the bathrooms)"

The location and staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The room was ok with a nice large bed and plenty of space. The bathroom was very small, very tired looking with cracked basins and wasn`t very clean. Apart from that it was ok.

Lovely hotel, staff very warm and welcoming, we were in London celebrating a joint 40th wedding anniversary, both couple had prosecco delivered to our rooms , a very nice touch,breakfast was very good.Our room was looking a little tired, just needing a little decorating.

"Good location"

Very close to some of the theatres. It was clean and although the room was small, we were only staying overnight so that was okay and it had a large television and a nice bathroom. Only complaint is that we had checked twice before we went to the theatre to make sure they would still be doing food when we returned and were assured the bar menu was served until 11.00pm. However, what they should have told us is the only food they provide between 10.00pm and 11.00pm is pizza. I would still stay again if going to the theatre though, because it is a decent hotel.

"Great service, and happy helpful staff"

Front of house staff were well presented, polite and very helpful. We had a short wait for our room as they upgraded us. We were made to feel welcome and given a courtesy drink whilst they finished getting the room ready. The room was clean and presentable. Top job xx

"Lovely hotel, great location."

Hotel is in a great location, just steps from Leicester Square. Check in was smooth and staff are very helpful. Our room, a standard double was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel and we`ve already booked for our next day in a few months.

The only thing that was good about our stay was the staff. Extremely helpful at all times , can`t fault them. Noisy hotel with very average cooked breakfast.

"Small bedrooms"

We should have asked to be moved to a larger room for a 3 night stay, but we Brits don`t like to make a fuss. A standard double is too small for any extended stay, with virtually no storage space other than coathangers etc. But we coped, and the staff were all very obliging

"Fantastic customer service"

We were greeted by a trainee receptionist who was exceptional and assisted us with an issue with our booking. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room and the breakfast was to a good standard with a wide range of options available

"unresolved complaint"

hotel was overall nice, room wasn`t overly big but big enough for requirements. desk with plenty of plugs although no plug near bed. extra pillows, ironing board and decent hairdryer were a plus. our only problem was the toilet was not flushing away correctly, had to flush 4 or 5 times. we complained several times and each time we`re told someone had sorted it (whilst we were out) but it just continued with the same problem. we expressed our dissatisfaction again on leaving, for the fourth time, and said that the room should be taken out of action until actually fixed but I doubt this happened. room 401 in case anyone has the same problem with the room, ask to be moved immediately if you do as they don`t sort the problem.

The heating in room wasn`t working when we arrived but was sorted and spare heater given to us. Lots of mildew mould around the window and some in the shower aswell. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

The majority of the staff are excellent especially Barbara . The breakfast is really good and attentive friendly staff . Only niggle room wasn`t ready and we were on a tight time schedule. Apart from that spot on the hotel is in a great location

"Enjoyable Stay"

We had a wonderful time at Thistle Trafalgar as a family of 3 with a little toddler. The staff were all welcoming and polite. Great breakfast, spacious room and enjoyed the complimentary drinks. It`s the perfect location being so close to the the Christmas markets, shopping and tube stations. Definitely recommend.

Overall the hotel was good just a couple of things we had an executive room the bathroom was very small no tea making facilities there was a coffee pod machine but no sugar or milk not a lot of good for us as we are tea drinkers breakfast was good we were unable to get a taxi to come to the hotel so always had to go and hail a cab with this hotel your paying for the location more than the hotel itself
