"Perfect stay"
The room was comfortable, breakfast was fine and we heard nothing from the current building works, it was close to he theatre and easily within walking distance

Very continently located, throwing distance to Apollo theatre, train station, and a Witherspoon. The breakfast was a good full English buffet with continental options. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for two people. Only complaint is that my double bed was two singles together.

A really lovely hotel, with excellent location. Staff very helpful when we asked for a change of room, as we were accidently given twins rather than a double. Excellent breakfaast. Only complaint was that the room was extreamly hot, and the air con wasnt working, making a good nights sleep difficult.

"Great location for station, staff excellent and breakfast was lovely"
Very close to xxxxx station and there is some very early morning noise from night shift workers and deliveries, better to be on the rear side of the hotel to avoid this. Some refurb work being carried out, no gym facilities due to this and some workmen, but didn`t really impact upon us and would use again.

"Very convenient to trains (xxxxx) and good service from all staff."
The hotel is very convenient to xxxxx stations. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The room represented good value for the cost. The external environment of the hotel is not great,but that is a function of its proximity to the stations and is an acceptable price to pay for the convemience.

"Bit of a disappointment"
The hotels room was dark and didn`t help that half the lights did not work, however the main problem was ordering a double bed months in advance yet upon arrival was given 2 single beds,are bringing this to there attention was told would have to pay an extra £20 for a room with a double bed despite having paid in full previously.

Excellent location for xxxxx station. On arrival the lobby floor was being drilled and dug up but they did upgrade our room as we said there was no mention of building works on their website. Our check out time was 12 mid-day so didn`t much appreciate being woken up at 9am for the room to be cleaned, they then came back twice after that, they could have waited until we had checked out. However, breakfast was amazing, although a little cramped in the dining area. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and use again.

This hotel was perfect for our London break situated across the road from xxxxx station. The staff were very friendly and left an anniversary card for us in the room as well as a free room upgrade. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty to choose from and again the staff provided excellent service. The beds were comfortable and I especially appreciated the complimentary toothbrushes and shaving kit as my Husband had forgotten to pack these essentials!

Perfect location with it being opposite xxxxx Station, friendly staff & nice room. We were at the front of the hotel, but didn`t have any issues with any noise from the station like I had read in some other reviews. Also the hotel is great if you are planning on going to watch "wicked" or "Billy Elliott". There`s a sainsburys just around the corner & plenty of nice restaurants & pubs - we went to a lovely Indian restaurant called "Buckingham balti house" where the food & service was fab. Talking of food, the buffet style breakfast in the hotel was great, couldn`t fault anything at all to be honest! Was very pleased & would definately stay again

We booked through hotels direct so received a 60% discount which was absolutely top quality for low cost. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were a good standard and the breakfast was excellent. A stone throw from xxxxx station so an ideal choice for a night out.

"Superb locaton for tourists visiting London"
It is the 4th time that we have stayed at the this Hotel, and cannot fault it - very clean establishment & all the staff are friendly and polite and cannot do enough for you - the rooms are great and the terrific hot buffet breakfast is a good start for the day - will certainly stay here again when we are next in London

"Herspeia Hotel in xxxxx, perfectly situated."
The hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast waiting staff & were always smiling, with nothing too much trouble. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was in a perfect position for the mainline trains and tube stations. There was a taxi rank just across the road outside Wetherspoons. All in all we had a fantastic time and would stay there again & will book through Hotel Direct for a great price.

Just what we were looking for in a good position for our visit to Buckingham Palace to see the wedding dress. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of food and very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, nice and clean and the water and showers were always hot

I`d highly recommend this hotel. It`s in a great location beside xxxxx Station & close to Buckingham Palace. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Breakfast was to a high standard. We had bar bites one night & they were delicious. I`ll definitely be recommending this hotel.

"Great Location and Nice Hotel"
The Hotel is situated right next to xxxxx Station and is very centrally located. You can walk into the city area, Buckingham Palace and the Thames. It is a very nice Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend to request a room at the back of the Hotel as the front facing rooms are more noisy from the road and station. Breakfast was great....full buffet and free wifi included as well in the price as well. Would stay here again and recommend.

"Faultless Hotel"
The hotel was second to none! The location was directly opposite xxxxx Station which was within easy access to the Tube station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was excellent value for money. The dinner and breakfast were faultless with a wide range of choice for all tastes.
