Arrived earlier than check in time to find that room was already available. Big bonus as we were able to sit, relax and have a breather before heading off for lunch and the theatre. Dined in hotel restaurant in the evening., borh food and service were really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"A room with a chandelier!"
Large hotel room with wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa bed for my grandson. He was really impressed with the sweetie jar and the beautiful chandelier!

"Nice but needs fine tuning."
The positives...A lovely welcome by Brunilda. What a lovely young lady.Comfortable bed. Lovely snack bar. Nice pleasant room.Food nice in the soak.Negatives...Had a meal in the soak.The table we sat at had stains on it.As the pillows were so comfy, my partner had a look to see what make they were,to discover there was a dried blood stain on it, which was very surprising and disappointing. Had breakfast, chose a cooked breakfast, however it was all lukewarm so needed to ask someone to heat it up which they did, but it meant my partner was eating alone. Also we had barely started eating, when we were asked to pay the bill. This seemed quite intrusive.All in all we were left feeling underwhelmed with the whole stay.If these things were rectified, we wouldn`t hesitate to stay again.

From start to finish the service, professionalism, helpfulness and cleanliness were second to none. Our welcome was outstanding (thank you Diana), the room excellent, facilities superb, the whole thing faultless. So much so we are already planning our return. Thank you to all at The Clermont who made our stay so memorable!

"Perfect location"
Had one night here in a twin room. Room was basic but practical and spotless. Staff polite and friendly. Less than a 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace. Good variety of breakfast Items. Wouldn`t hesitate to return

"Excellent hotel in a superb location "
A lovely hotel and the location is great. The staff was very nice friendly. Me and my daughter had a brilliant stay! It was her 16th birthday the Reception staff Ana surprised us by sending a sweet Birthday treat to the room. Very thoughtful and sweet of her and made it very special 10084;65039;.The room was clean and well presented.British hospitality at it`s best.Highly recommend Clermont and we will back again.

"Lovely friendly, attentive staff."
What a lovely place to stay! The staff are all very happy to help with anything you need and make you feel very welcome. The restaurant and bar is very stylish and comfortable and the food was excellent. We found the location a really good base for what we wanted to see and do. All facilities in the room were good and very comfortable bed!

Booked superior, and lovely to have complimentary mini bar- but really for 2 ladies and a child one little miniature of whisky and 2 beers is a bit mean! Why not a gin and tonic or mini bottles wine and some soft drink? Even a couple bottles of water- especially in this heatwave. 2 robes for 3 people? Just a bit less than I expected.

"So lovely, clean and close to everything"
All the staff were so positive and helpful. I`d booked breakfasts for both mornings, but was told we weren`t on the breakfast list until I showed them the email. This wasn`t a major issue, and got resolved. The hotel is close to everything, just a 10 min walk to the Palace, another 15 mins to the Thames. Brilliant thank you

Overall hotel stay was good but disappointed that when we mentioned that we were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and when we got o our room their gesture was very poor considering how much we had spent on the overall experience.

Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast which catered for several tastes including veggie sausages. We were given a complimentary drink from the bar which we had when it was convenient to my husband and me. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for Victoria Station and the Apollo Victoria. A short walk to Buckingham Palace as well. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms are lovely. The staff are very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

We are definitely staying there on out next visit to London.It is superbly located near Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace! Highly Highly recommend! We loved it immensely. Thank you.

"Very noisy hotel"
The road noise from outside was awful. I got woken up at 0400hrs and couldn`t get back to sleep. It was the worst night sleep I have ever had.

Clermont hotel excellent. Only downside was that the bathroom was very small and the door made it even more difficult. It would have been a lot easier if it had been a sliding door.

"Hotel good, room disappointing "
The staff were very friendly in the hotel and we had a lovely lunch in soak. I was quite disappointed in the room as it was meant to be a superior king size but it was very small and not as it looks on the website. Considering the package cost, with the show being cancelled last minute and the hotel room disappointing it definitely wasn`t worth the money spent.

The hotel is well located but the bar area is far too small so we couldn`t get a drink in the bar and had to go to our room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Very grand entrance way, but room not reflective of this. Hole in ceiling. Extra bed not made up and had to request this after check in. Meant a porter had to come in and awkwardly set up in front of us. Went for food in new restaurant, could not find our booking so were put in a bar booth and not given any menus. Place was empty, but took over 15 mins to take our order and then food took 40 mins to arrive. Poor quality vegan menu - tofu was not cooked properly - I reported this and the waiter said don`t eat it then. So I was left with a couple of spoon fulls of salad for my meal. This is an excellent location for the theatre, but I would not spend the extra money to stay here again.

The quality of food was poor. Tasteless, food returned due to not cook properly and desert was very dry.
