"Great location & staff"
The staff at the hotel were excellent. I had booked the hotel as it was my wifes birthday - they upgraded our room to executive and provided a bottle of wine / card for my wife - a really nice touch.

Clean comfortable room with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Loved the ironing facility, flat screen TV and ensuite.Well presented `full english breakfast`. Definitely stay again.

Excellent all round. Ideal for shopping/theatres. Large, clean, quiet room. Didnt eat there so cant comment on food. Only one complaint - the cleaners came in TWICE to clean before we were even out of bed, first time around 7.45! My daughter was not amused as they woke her up! But would still go back if the price was right.

"Very friendly and helpful staff."
Ideally situated for most partsof London with easy access to West End shops and Theatreland.The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Following a small issue with our first room (It was still occupied) we were imediately upgraded to an executive room overlooking Marble Arch. A lovely room with usual facilities but very clean and well kept - but the view was amazing. Easy check-in and out. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay again.

Excellent location for central LondonRoom was clean ,but rather basic and the TV picture quality poor.Movies promised in the Menu but not available! Also pillows could be better.I did not use restaurants.Overall,however, good value.

"An oasis of calm in the heart of a cosmopolitan city"
As you walk in off the bustling streets of London City you are immediately cocooned in the calm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel`s lobby. The staff are very helpful and accommodating which in this day and age is refreshing. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was to die for. Despite being in the centre of London the noise from the city was totally blocked out and we were able to enjoy a wonderful sleep allowing us to awake fresh and ready to tackle a days shopping with gusto. Would definately stay again

We were a bit worried about booking a hotel without knowing which one it was or where it was. The reality was that we were very happy with the hotel we stayed in. The room was clean, large and well equipped and the location was excellent

Prime location for Oxford street shopping. Very comfortable and clean room although the room could have been a little bigger. No problem though as we only stayed one night. Also the view was of the back surrounded all four sides by other rooms. To be honest found it a little claustraphobic. Bed was extremely comfortable. Didnt eat there was rather expensive but then it does state 4+.

"Great Hotel Amazing Lobby (wow factor)"
Very central 2 minutes to Oxford Street and Marble Arch Station and Hyde Park. Has a great bar and Gary Rhodes Restaurant in hotel. Highly recommended. Rooms are modern and stylish.

"Value for Money"
We had a half price deal so it was an amazing place to stay in the centre of London. Complimentary drinks were handed out while we were waiting in the queue to check in and we were able to admire the art exhibition on display in the impressive foyer. We didn`t eat at the hotel so aren`t able to comment on the quality of food/service. The bed was luxurious - very comfy and clean and so was the room and ensuite. Nice clean room, the TV picture was terrible, good transport links. However the bar was very expensive....£22+ for two drinks......but its ok because that included service:-). We would stay here again, if we needed to be in the centre of London late at night again.

Room clean and comfortable . Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we appeared to be at the back of the hotel with absolutely no view and a very noisy large air-con unit right outside our window which caused disturbed sleep.

"Very efficent service. "
Right in the centre of london as promised. We would definately use this service again.The xxxxx is a little souless but is ideal for a short stay in London.We did not get into the main hotel but in the annexe next door. We were given an upgrade to an executive room which was very good and well presented.
