"Second time here "
Rooms were freezing cold . Didn`t have enough room always going to put one person on there own when we booked four rooms.. lift broke I`m disabled and lift broke and we`re were in 7th floor and had to take our suitcases down alot of flights of stairs no help from the staff. No heating just small heaters. Tried to charge my friend twice for breakfast but she had paid on her card

The location is good close to Holborn and Russel Square tube stations, plenty of shops , pubs and eating places nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable, outside noise in the rooms is minimal. the rooms are of a good size, the staff are helpful and pleasant. This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel and will use it again.

"One of the most modern hotels I have ever stayed"
I have already reviewed the hotel on TripAdvisor but it`s lovely and modern with very comfortable beds. And one of the best showers I have ever used. The TV in the rooms are huge with plenty of storage. The hotel includes tea and coffee facilities as well as complementary water, a Safe in the room, hairdryer and ironing board

"Well placed to enjoy London and Theatreland."
Ten minute walk from Euston Station, with lots restaurants nearby. We had a room at the back of the hotel, and very quiet which was good, as Southampton Row is a very busy thoroughfare from early morning until late at night. Room was clean, and the beds comfortable, with good bathroom with excellent shower. Only complaint was that there was no chair in the room. Mentioned this to reception, and was told they did not have any to put in.

"Thistle Bloomsbury Hotel"
The hotel is clean comfortable and ideal for getting around London sightseeing .. the beds are comfortable but the family room sofa bed could be better. The shower is compact but powerful.. staff are helpful , the street is very busy making it hard to sleep due to the noise

Hotel in good location but dated. Rooms are small and have no air conditioning. Our rooms were on the 7th floor and the single lift, which only went to the 6th floor, was tiny and exceptionally slow. Rooms were clean

"Great location, helpful staff"
The hotel is very clean and modern, the staff are helpful and friendly, Price is very competitive, a great location close to transport links, I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not use it. Would certainly consider using it again.

I booked a twin and a single room three single women together they promised the grooms would be close by. We were two floors apart not happy. Staff wouldn`t even attempt to move us.

"No staff to be seen when fire alarm went off after midnight "
Won`t be returning. Unfriendly reception staff, breakfast cold and bland and no communication or support to guests during evacuation of building building after midnight. Stood freezing cold in pjs. On 4th floor and had to exit in darkness at rear of building/no signage.

Arrived a little early but our room was ready. We was on the 7th floor which was fine. We got into the room and it was clean bathroom was lovely carpet wasnt that clean side table etc all the wood was crumbled was very disappointed that the bed never had no quilt or blanket we had a bed sheet, the amount of money you pay for these rooms for 1 night we should have had a warmer blanket.

"Ideal location"
The hotel was ideally located a short walk from the railway station and easily walkable to London`s theatreland and other central London attractions, with 2 underground stations in close proximity and a variety of local food outlets for meals. The staff were universally welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, warm, comfortable, breakfast choices good and room rate was excellant for the location.

Aisha at Thistle, London, Bloomsbury looked after so well. As it was a birthday celebration our rooms were upgraded. We were offered special drinks. Staff were very nice and made the stay very special
