"Good deal and good hotel"

Finding the hotel,parking was easy. The DLR is just behind the hotel so great for links. The room was good and the bed very comfy. We didn`t eat in the hotel but the bar was good and the prices reasonable.It must be good as my fussy partner was thinking about booking a room for New Years Eve.

if you are working or shopping in Central London then it is a bit further out however the rooms are large, bed was great and overall worth the extra travel time.

"Excellent Hotel for Exploring London"

Hotel clean and very tidy, excellent position for enjoying the xxxxx and local sites. Staff extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. Room clean, tidy and roomy (Bed a little soft). Breakfast excellent value for money (did not use the bar). Spa Treatment a must (Hot Pebble Massage recommended and the staff were very good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel, well priced and close to good transport links.

"Breakfast poor and air on inefficient."

The overall look of the hotel is very good. It is well placed for the 02 and dlr into Central London but check first that it is running as maintenance works have shut it down for the weekend this week and the replacement buses they say stop at each station affected don`t stop at royal Victoria Dock. The room is comfortable although the bed is a rather small double despite being given a room with a larger bed. They gave us a room for disabled persons as they said it was the only one available with a large double. Neither me nor my husband are disabled so it actually made things more difficult with lower fittings to accommodated people with limitations. The air on was inadequate. We set it on the lowest setting but the room remained hot and humid. I did report it but it wasn`t remedied. Breakfast was ok but of poor quality and cold. The bread was stale and pastries very over cooked. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Staff were excellent and explained all details clearly and very helpful. Great location and loads to do and see only a few train stops down in the evening. Would definatley book with this hotel again.

Had no idea what to expect at the xxxxxe xxxxx but it`s a decent hotel with well-kept rooms with really comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the concierge will quickly take care of any problems or questions you have. Breakfast was really good quality food, fresh and very tasty. And it`s in a good location for things like the O2 arena, Greenwich. Right next to the Emirates cable car too!

"Lovely stay"

I arrived on the Saturday and although check in was a little busy I did not have to wait long. I was told I was upgraded to an executive room which meant we had a kingsize bed. I was told there was a shower and nobath which was fine, however when I got into the room I noticed it was an accessible room and adapted for wheelchair users so the shower was not at all wait I expected as was a tiled floor with a curtain that went across the shower area. Unfortunately the water took a long time to drain and the floor area remained very wet for a long time. The room was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities and bathrobes were provided. Unfortunately the TV was not working in our room but this was fixed by our return from a night out. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again. The only issue I had was there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom as if there was a drainage problem.

"Great Place to Stay"

On arrival check in was smooth with no problems room was spacious and very clean hotel facilities were good and well organised. Food good and very good breakfast. Location was good easy access to any other location in London via public transport was close by. Cable car to Greenwich useful but closed due to bad weather however The Siemens Crystal building well worth a visit. Would definitely use hotel again

Great position with good view over the river. Clean rooms of a decent size. Would definitely recommend. Can go by cable car or tube to O2 and easily back by tube if going for an evening concert.

It was mine and my wife`s anniversary, and they really made it special. The room was lovely with a nice view. The staff friendly and accommodating. I wanted some flowers delivered at breakfast, and they were great with that. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you

"Business like and generally met expectations"

Genial and polite staff. Unfortunate error in allocating a room that was already occupied. Could have been embarrassing if guest had been in and a security risk. Second error of room key not working. Cursory apology but didn`t seek to make amends for the error and inconvenience. Hotel is otherwise functional and relatively clean but could do with steam cleaning of carpets.

"Wonderful views and friendly staff"

Given a room with a view and was stunning. Breakfast was buffet style and included in our deal. This is an area for improvement I would point out. While plenty of good food (both hot/cold on offer), we did feel more in the way of the staff, we didn`t feel that this was a four star rating service. Main hotel staff couldn`t have been more helpful and our room/bathroom was spotless. This was a birthday treat for my husband and we would stay again but could we request more than one packet of biscuits and extra milks etc...simple things. Really pleasant stay overall.

"Spacious and smart hotel in a good location"

Well located with good transport links via DLR. The local area has undergone regeneration and is impressive. Staff were friendly and helpful. One small problem. We checked in early and, understandably, are rooms were not ready but were allocated to us. When we returned to pick up our keys the rooms had been allocated to someone else. As we had already given credit card details this caused problems when trying to charge items to our room.
